I work for a scale-up IT services company that consults customers around the globe where it comes to their online presence.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wordbix, and what were your goals?

We hired Wordbix to help deliver a beautifully designed website to a customer. They have been working to bring the website down from the whiteboard and Figma prototype to life.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor was vetted on three different decision factors -- ease of communication, quality of skillset, and deliverability speed efficiency.

We have gone through the whole website design together, pinpointed phases in which deliverables will be produced, and arranged quality assurance of the project afterward.

We have Ritik, the company's founder, being our main contact. Very pleasant, concise and timely experience.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The customer has seen more than 50% of growth in their online bookings after we have worked with Wordbix to implement Fresha booking system to their new website.

We have been doing daily checkups via Slack and we have been getting as-they-happen updates when it comes to reviewing newly produced deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They impressively exercised accuracy in understanding the project goals and speed in delivering. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't really think so - the whole process was perfect end to end.
