We hired WonderUp to help with a range of webflow site updates and they did a great job from start to finish. They handled regular site maintenance, fixed bugs on existing pages, and built new ones from scratch. They also integrated APIs, added custom React components, improved site layouts, and brought in some really clean motion design touches. Everything was done in Webflow and the whole site feels smoother, more modern, and better organized now. The team was super firendly and easy to work with, responsive, and clearly knew what they were doing, we’d definitely recommend them.

They helped with pretty much everything website-related, and they delivered across the board. They fixed page load issues, improved responsiveness across devices, cleaned up the UI/UX, and helped with both maintaining and building new pages. 
They also handled API and React integrations and worked entirely within Webflow. Since the updates, our site has run faster, looked better, and worked more smoothly overall.

We achieved a lot with Fran and the team, at a very fast and consistent pace:

• 4 main launches with complex landing pages and supporting assets
• more than 60 new static pages that match our branding
• 10 new collection templates for programmatic SEO and more
• refreshes for every corner of our website
• and another 30ish projects on extremely technical and delicate fixes and improvements

For every deadline set and mutually agreed upon, work was delivered on time. Whenever delays occured, we were informed in advance, and we planned together the best way to overcome them.
The team was incredibly responsive and implemented solutions on the same day more often than expected. They were also available for over-time and weekend work whenever it was required and communicated in advance.

We worked with Wonderup to develop a website and CMS for my Conversatioanl AI Agency Bot Hello. The work included custom designs and layouts for over 10 pages for our products, services, industry verticals, blog and several other bespoke landing pages. 

Inculded was also an overhaul of our brand and brand guidelines, which detailed colour swatches, fonts, iconography, graphics, and various digital assets.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website built for us by Wonderup completely elevated our brand and market perception. The amount of positive comments and feedback I received about the website was honestly overwhelming. I believe the website set a new standard in our industry. It definitely won us work with some of the biggest brands and organisations in the world including L'Oreal, Anytime Fitness, and CultureAmp. We received several inbound leads through the website as well. 

Nearly every client would comment on the quality of our website and brand. It was often best to just screenshare our website as our sales pitch, given how beautiful and impressive the design, layout and animations. It was a complete game-changed and made me so incredibly grateful to have gone with Wonderup.

The Wonderup team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and were always available and accomodating to our needs. They communicated regularly through Slack, with detailed requests and feedback. Even though we were on other sides of the world, communication was a breeze leveraging tools like Loom to enable a-syncronous feedback/requests. On top of that, their youthful energy and innovative ideas made each meeting exciting and engaging. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the experience — their team certainly set a new standard for any service providers that I worked with in the future.

You only have to look at their portfolio and their own website to realise these guys are the real deal.

At the time I worked with them they were early on in their journey and still figuring out their project management tools, so keeping tracking of updates was done a little more ad-hoc. But I believe in the years since, they've adopted new tools and frameworks to enable seamless communication and tracking of progress.

They maintain clear communication throughout each phase of the work, ensuring we’re aligned and fully informed.

We have slack channels an will leverage Loom recordings for effective adhoc communication, then have recurring bi-weekly or monthly calls to check-in. Then provide Calendly links to book any necessary 1:1 sync meetings to talk through more specifics.

Additionally, being more proactive with performance-related tasks and improvements—such as suggesting optimizations for loading speeds, accessibility, or technical SEO—could add even more value to their services.

That said, their responsiveness and expertise have always been excellent, and we’ve appreciated the collaborative partnership throughout our engagement.

We wanted to fix up a bunch of things on our website, including copy, dynamic banners, photo and video placement / sizing, editing our PDP, and improving the checkout flow, among other things.

They delivered on all our asks, getting our website to the end goal we desired. The checkout flow is pristine, the PDP looks exactly like we want it to look, and dynamic banners / home page video add the perfect finishing touch for the look we were going for.

They were usually timely, however, like most people, sometimes they got backed up or had a lot of travel that would cause things to slip. That wasn't ideal, but it may have been a one-off thing. 

There were also times where they were incredibly responsive and fixed things same day or far faster than expected.

They are knowledgable, friendly, incredibly polite and, most importantly, do high-quality work. No hand-holding needed. They understand Webflow well and can easily get into deep, custom code, almost as if they built it themselves. I trust them.

Mentioned prior, but sometimes deadlines would slip or things would just take longer than expected when they were traveling. They could do a better job prioritizing their clients as the top priority at times. But overall, this was only an issue a couple times. 

Most of the time, they're responsive and good at what they do.
