WonderMakers was tasked with the UI/UX design for our B2C website.  They delivered a great theme for our desktop and mobile website, and assisted in content creation to give our site a more professional look.  Their team was very detailed, organized, delivered on time, and had clear communciation. 

The WonderMakers team was a "one stop shop" for all the elements required to increase sales and better support current customers.

Although the website is still in development, the WonderMaker's team was able to help us identify many internal weaknesses that needed to be addressed to reach our organizational goals. Additionally, the design of the site is excellent, and they were also able to create digital content taht can be applied to more than just the website.

Vojtech is a pleasure to work with.  He is able to keep the project in scope, push contribting members with a firm but kind demeanor, and deliver on promises.  Even with a new baby at home, Vojtech showed dedication to our project and made accomidations to us many times.

The digital asset design/ creation is what lead to us to assign WonderMakers with this project.  They have a very modern approach to websites, and it has greatly benefited us. Additionally, they were very easy to work with even with the many challenges we presented them with. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wonder Makers could have done differently?

I put WonderMakers in a difficult position by requiring them to work with my current development team.  Moving forward, I think it would be beneficial for them to be brutally honest when team members are causing delays rather than advancing the team's goals.  Sometimes, team members need to be reassigned rather than catered to. I take responsibility for this issue, but an expert's opinion will always be considered when personel are no loger benefical.

• Community impact:
  • We expected people to like the site, but we did not anticipate how much our users, team members, and executives would love this new site.
• Page Metrics: 
  • So far we’ve seen a 10% increase in page views, and much longer page retention. 
  • The site is far more optimised, and we’re seeing more users on the pages we want them to be on. 
• Successful rollout of the design system - We took the designs created by Wondermakers and expanded on them for other marketing use and that design system has been received well. 
• Already more contribution from internal team, site is easily updatable and teams are taking a more active role in updating their messaging.

Their project management was very thorough and clear, timelines were discussed and aligned on early, the Wondermakers team worked extremely quickly and diligently to ensure our aggressive deadline was met, which it was. They had fantastic communication, flagged issues, challenges, and questions early, and were extremely proactive in ensuring the website was meeting our goals and expectations. There were some slowdowns from our side (waiting on assets, permissions…etc), but the Wondermakers team was able to roll with the punches and adjust their cadence to still deliver on time.

I think what is impressive is that every contributor is at the top of their game, from management, to design, to development, every individual contributor is a fantastic talent and brings measurable results to every aspect of the project. Our company is growing a quite and we have a way more cool project than we have 10 years ago. So this must go with better HR marketing, brand etc. hand in hand. Needs were obvious, websites are the first thing to see when you are looking info about the company. So first goal = brand new and fresh websites.

Searching was not hard, WonderMakers have pretty nice branding on LinkedIn and after few meetings with other vendors It was crystal clear we need to cooperate with WM. The attitude they shown was absolutely perfect.

We had couple of meeting in our offices where guys from WonderMakers were trying to absorb our company culture - we were just talking and brainstorming. We knew what's our goal, but we had absolutely no idea what will be final product, better how it will look like. This was the ideal part of the cooperation, we enjoyed so much these meetings, because during that we were able to use other and other thing for our branding not only website. We realized what we have, what we do every day and how cool our company realy is. Communication was nice, guys were always on the phone or at least replied quickly via mail.

The idea is to help NGOs with lead generation, lead conversion, mobilization and organizing. In essence - to increase supporter, donor and activist numbers vie online tools, mostly campaign websites. Among various examples I can list an initiative to ban animal testing combined with petition and integration with donation page or a mobilization center for civic activist to register, donate and download materials.

The key for a reliable long-term partner I can recommend to my clients is for said partner to be RELIABLE. To deliver what was agreed beforehand. To overcome unexpected obstacles that come in the way. To always aim for a solution that makes both parties happy (invoicing, deadlines, extra features and support).

In my career, I did cooperate closely with around 10 other companies and/or individuals. So far I can confidently note that Wonder Makers are in fact more than just reliable and because of this they are always my first choice when on a lookout for new devs.

Most often, these features are needed: - bunch of transactional emails (reminders, various thank you emails, ...) - integration with donation gate (for smoothless user experience) - various url parameters (to modify user experience based on source and channel used for acquisition) - integration with CRM through hash links (prefilling forms and displaying different texts and CTAs) - and many other less common features

Ohh. The key aspect of our cooperation always is to increase the holy trinity of every long-term thinking NGO. No. of leads with both phone and email. No. of single donors. No. of regular donors. I can confidently say that each web project Wonders Makers did delivered to my clients more than they expected in this regard.

All of them paid for themselves out of the donations that have been processed right on those websites. The key here is that Wonder Makers have a great deal of experience with building KPI oriented websites.

Flexibility. I work with various clients and they all have their different styles and expectations regarding project management. And Wonder Makers so far seem to be coping with that just fine. The two owners - Michal and Filip. Their hearts are in this 100% and you can bet it will be useful in the next decade or two at least.

The team was very receptive to everything I had laid out, even though I struggled quite a bit at vocalising my goals. I wanted a CMS to host a login where I or others could log in, write articles, and add media to the site. The site was built to be fully responsive, offering a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Key sections include a homepage showcasing our purpose, an educational hub for crypto guides, a marketing and advertising services page, and an about/contact section for partnerships and inquiries.
