Working with Andrea and Charlotte was an incredibly positive experience.  They were organzied, responsive and attentive throughout the enitre process.  They compelted everything in a timely manner.  They took the time to truly understand my vision and how I wanted the website and brand to look and feel.  They absolutely nailed my vision and turned my ideas into something that aligned with me, my practice, and my brand.

Family Legal Care increase's access to justice in New York State Family Court by combining legal guidance, easy-to-access technology, and compassionate support to help unrepresented parents and caregivers self-advocate on critical family law issues, while working on reform that improves the system for everyone.

The team at WonderIn Group was responsive and supportive when working with our team, which has little or no experience with marketing, and explained the process and outcomes in ways that were easy to understand. They delivered high-quality work in a timely fashion while also balancing the sometimes-slow approvals process involved in creating content for the legal field and staying mindful of our extremely limited nonprofit budget. By staying flexible with their strategy for paid social media advertising, they ensured that we got the best possible ROI by eliminating lower-performing ads in favor of boosting the ones that were meeting (and in several cases, exceeding!) KPIs. They also provided expertise on things like influencer partnership which helped us overcome some internal reluctance about this new and unfamiliar form of marketing and ended up delivering extremely powerful results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal touch, support, and enthusiasm that Andrea and Charlotte brought to the project was so amazing. They clearly love what they do and believe in our mission, which makes a huge difference when entrusting a company with a big project like this. It's very rare for nonprofits to receive a grant specifically for marketing so the stakes were very high, as it's unlikely that a small organization like ours will have an opportunity to do something like this again in the foreseeable future. It was so impressive how they were able to provide such outstanding results while making the most of our minimal budget while also providing us with assets that we can use in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wonder Integrated Group could have done differently?

I don't think the service could be improved upon, we were overjoyed to work with them and thrilled with both the process and the outcomes.

To extend the reach of our messaging beyond our existing channels, we identified the need to engage an agency capable of recruiting social media influencers whose audiences and values align with the veterans community.
Rather than relying solely on our own platforms, this approach allowed us to communicate our information through trusted, relevant voices already engaged with military-connected and veteran-focused audiences — reaching new and often untapped demographics that traditional outreach had not effectively captured.
The agency's core responsibility was to identify and activate influencers appropriate to the veterans space, ensuring our message reached audiences authentically and at scale. Key deliverables for this initiative centered on measurable reach and engagement, providing clear metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer partnerships in expanding awareness and driving meaningful interaction with our content.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through our partnership with the agency and its network of veteran-relevant influencers, we achieved large-scale reach that introduced our organization to a broad and previously untapped audience. Just as importantly, that reach translated into high engagement, with audiences actively interacting with our content rather than simply viewing it in passing.

We were very pleased with the agency's overall management of the project. Throughout the engagement, the team demonstrated strong organizational skills, keeping the initiative on track and ensuring deliverables were met in a timely manner.
Communication remained consistent and transparent from start to finish, with the agency proactively providing updates and keeping us informed at every stage. Additionally, their responsiveness stood out — questions and requests were addressed promptly, which helped foster a smooth, collaborative working relationship throughout the duration of the project.

Beyond their professional execution, the agency representatives were a pleasure to work with. They brought a warm, personable approach to every interaction, making the collaboration feel less transactional and more like a true partnership. Their friendly and approachable demeanor helped build trust quickly and made ongoing communication feel easy and genuine. It was clear that the team valued the working relationship as much as the results, and that positive, personable dynamic made the overall experience a genuinely enjoyable one.

The Wonder Group worked with us to bring a new global marketplace idea to life. The biggest challenge was the large group of market members that were working around a unified goal and theme. Throughout, the Wonder Group was outstanding, creating great content, strategy, tactics and patience throughout.

Our project was very difficult to measure as we didn't have access to the site's backend to track progress. That said, the assets created, the strategy, communication and deliverables were all spot on.

Charlotte and Andrea were superb managers. They were timely with deliverables, creative with ideas, enthusiastic with potential and never let obstacles interfere with the project.

I found Wonder Integrated Group to be highly motivated and super knowledgeable about the space. They didn't over promise, and they were both realistic about what could be achieved and where they coule pivot when other things go in the way. (lack of access to the back end of the site, for example).
