I am the Chief Development and External Affairs Officer of Family Legal Care

Family Legal Care increase's access to justice in New York State Family Court by combining legal guidance, easy-to-access technology, and compassionate support to help unrepresented parents and caregivers self-advocate on critical family law issues, while working on reform that improves the system for everyone.

• Identified and selected the most effective marketing tactics to increase consumer education and engagement in Family Legal Care's Digital Justice initiative • Active media implementation and optimizations across channels • Provided creative direction and production management of a paid social media marketing campaign • Created digital & social assets including social media ads (static and motion graphics) for Meta, Reddit, and Google Display • Produced digital and print flyers, infographics, and shareables for partners and community distribution • Responsive, tailored strategy to ensure best possible ROI on paid ad campaigns • Identified and managed influencer partnerships • Provided bi-weekly reporting of KPIs and audience insights throughout all active months of the program • Created a final report and executive summary with KPIs, audience insights, and learnings

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team at WonderIn Group was responsive and supportive when working with our team, which has little or no experience with marketing, and explained the process and outcomes in ways that were easy to understand. They delivered high-quality work in a timely fashion while also balancing the sometimes-slow approvals process involved in creating content for the legal field and staying mindful of our extremely limited nonprofit budget. By staying flexible with their strategy for paid social media advertising, they ensured that we got the best possible ROI by eliminating lower-performing ads in favor of boosting the ones that were meeting (and in several cases, exceeding!) KPIs. They also provided expertise on things like influencer partnership which helped us overcome some internal reluctance about this new and unfamiliar form of marketing and ended up delivering extremely powerful results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal touch, support, and enthusiasm that Andrea and Charlotte brought to the project was so amazing. They clearly love what they do and believe in our mission, which makes a huge difference when entrusting a company with a big project like this. It's very rare for nonprofits to receive a grant specifically for marketing so the stakes were very high, as it's unlikely that a small organization like ours will have an opportunity to do something like this again in the foreseeable future. It was so impressive how they were able to provide such outstanding results while making the most of our minimal budget while also providing us with assets that we can use in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wonder Integrated Group could have done differently?

I don't think the service could be improved upon, we were overjoyed to work with them and thrilled with both the process and the outcomes.
