What a fantastic company! WolfPack Advising has been so wonderful and helpful during our search for a CRM and transition from an outdated email marketing platform to one that is user friendly and has everything we need! Owner, Aaron, spoke to an inspector filled zoom call to share his story and it really resonated with me and my company. 
Once I was connected with Jack from sales, who was so understanding and flexible, it was an easy choice to go with WolfPack. The best part of it all, has been Ron, my superhero sidekick! 
Just when I think I have hit a snag in creating a template or understanding how to import contacts, he is there to quickly answer my chat and or email, make a video that is perfect for what I need and I am on my merry way! Though we are still in the first few months of WolfPack, I am very pleased with it! Hoooowl!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The prior expereince. Having been an inspector before, Aaron and his team were the perfect fit for us when looking for a CRM and Email Marketing since he knew the industry and create several done-for-us campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WolfPack Advising could have done differently?

It was hard to connect with Jack at times (it was on both of us though!) and he didn't seem to know the system too, too well so he ended up sending me a video link which is truly what sold me! So I guess his education on what the system can do (which I know will come with time so this is not a complaint). And maybe confirming that we also wanted our client emails importated during onboarding and not just agents, that would have helped set me up for success. 
Olivia said I had to do the client import since our onboarding was over which felt kind of icky but it forced me to figure out how to do it on my own so I guess that is a win. I wish the chat option was immediate rather than submit to later receive an email but Ron has truly been my hero so I can't be too update about it. 
Lastly, I would say if I knew that our logo was the only thing that was going to be the bottom banner, I would have loved to provide a top and bottom email banner so those were alrighty to go for me but again, this is just another way I am forced to learn the system so it's okay.

We wanted a new website. Our old one looked professional, but we built it ourselves. We wanted to feel confident knowing that it was professionally built.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WolfPack Advising has designed and developed a WordPress website. They gave us a survey to fill out, where we gave input on things that were important to us and design qualities we wanted. The team has offered us a handful of options regarding the website's look and feel, and we've chosen a template. They provide us with ongoing changes on a monthly basis whenever we need them.

We've given them information from our old website so that they can populate the new one. WolfPack Advising has also provided us with hosting and maintenance services.

We've worked with three people, including Aaron, Zoe, and another person.

I found WolfPack Advising through a Facebook group we were both in. We met at a convention and chose them because they were great people.

We've spent around $3,000.

We've been working together since August 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We liked our first website, but we like this one better. The website has been built in a way that works well, and we've been getting more leads through it. We used to get one web inquiry over three months, and now we've probably gotten 15 to 20 inquiries in the last month and a half, which is an exponential increase. Their work has definitely met our expectations.

How did WolfPack Advising perform from a project management standpoint?

WolfPack Advising has delivered the website on time and within budget. The team has communicated well with us, using phone calls, emails, text messages, and Google Docs. We would sometimes take a long time to respond because we're also running a business, but they were really patient, which was wonderful. We wanted more hand-holding, but they were doing their due diligence.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personal and friendly approach is their biggest strength. We wanted to connect with somebody, and WolfPack Advising has a really put-together marketing and advertising strategy. The team looks professional, which makes us believe we're getting professional quality. When they pair that with a personal connection, we feel we're getting a personalized approach. Their persistence to keep me going has been really above and beyond.

They complete their analysis reviews in a timely manner as well as blogs and other services offered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are knowledgeable and seek to share their knowledge with their clients. Their passion for teaching clients to grow their businesses is clear. In addition, they have created a collaborative community between their clients to allow for shared success stories and ideas as a community.

Initially we asked for more guidance in the area of teaching how to use the marketing automation software and they responded promptly to this request and started to offer weekly trainings, one on one meetings, and more help articles.

Furthermore, Austin, Aaron & Ronnie have continued to be a wealth of support and knowledge. In addition to assisting in building automations from scratch for us, they have been patient teachers, to the point where I feel confident working in the platform myself on most occasions.
