I am the owner of a property management company in Montana.

What challenge were you trying to address with WOLFGUARD IT?

Since we don’t have the capacity in-house, we utilize WOLFGUARD IT’s services to keep our system running smoothly and protect it from any cyber-attacks.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WOLFGUARD IT works with our company to keep our hardware and software running — they ensure our emails, computers, and QuickBooks software function reliably. Their support team is on-call when I have issues with the system. 

I am not very familiar with the technology side of the business, so if we need any new hardware or software, WOLFGUARD IT purchases and sets it up. For example, whenever there is an update with QuickBooks or our Windows software, they’ll facilitate it. WOLFGUARD IT also maintains and backs up the data in the server they installed for us. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve been working with Chirs (Owner) for a long time, and he has a few IT teammates on his side who work on our support team. 

How did you come to work with WOLFGUARD IT?

We’ve been working with WOLFGUARD IT for so long I can’t remember how we met, but I believe it was when they were only in Bozeman, Montana. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve paid $30,000–$50,000 WOLFGUARD IT throughout our partnership. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with WOLFGUARD IT in October 2011 and our engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The support team from WOLFGUARD IT allows us to streamline our technical system and run as efficiently as possible. My team can focus on our customer service instead of fixing technical issues thanks to their work. 

How did WOLFGUARD IT perform from a project management standpoint?

WOLFGUARD IT communicates well, and we typically email them when we have issues. Their support team works on- and offsite to quickly resolve bugs; their turnaround time is within 24 hours. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I haven’t looked elsewhere for IT support because the services WOLFGUARD IT provides are exemplary. Not only that, but their prices are very reasonable. I appreciate that Chris makes himself available to me — I really respect that. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t know if it’s possible to do it within our price range, but I would appreciate faster bug-fix turnaround times.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Potential customers need to sign up for WOLFGUARD IT’s service plan and let the WOLFGUARD IT team help set up their system to ensure WOLFGUARD IT knows how to work with it.
