What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Working with Woden was a genuinely transformative experience for our organization. From the first conversation, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of what makes a brand's story resonate — not just with customers, but with the people on the front lines selling and marketing every day. The engagement covered everything we needed: a clear and compelling value proposition, sharpened market differentiators, a strategic narrative that finally gave our team a unified way to talk about who we are and why we win, and a full marketing refresh that brought our materials in line with where we want to take the business. What stood out most was how practical and grounded the process was. This wasn't theory delivered in a slide deck — it was hands-on, in-person collaboration that brought our team into the work rather than handing us something to figure out on our own. The sales training was particularly impactful. Woden didn't just hand us new messaging and wish us luck — they worked directly with our team to internalize it, practice it, and own it. The taglines they developed are crisp and differentiated, and the sales and marketing narrative they built gives our reps a story that actually moves conversations forward. Our team left the engagement with real confidence in how to position us in the market. The review of our existing marketing materials was candid and constructive. Woden identified gaps and inconsistencies we had grown blind to and helped us see our brand the way a prospective customer would — then showed us exactly how to fix it.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Woden could have done differently?
None. I recommend them without hesitation.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Scope of work (how they helped Revive)
Clarified Revive’s core strategic narrative
Led working sessions to uncover Revive’s “StoryKernel” – the concise strategic story that defines why Revive exists, what problem it solves, and why it is essential for employers and members.
Helped translate your dissatisfaction with the status quo and the “most empowered healthcare on earth” vision into a clear, repeatable narrative.
Built a structured messaging hierarchy
Developed a messaging framework from the StoryKernel, including high-level brand promise, key pillars (whole‑person, whole‑journey, cost clarity), and proof points tailored to employers, consultants, and members.
Created consistent language that your sales, marketing, and leadership teams can use across decks, website, proposals, and events.
Made the value story more customer‑centric
Reframed Revive’s offering from features (virtual clinic, pharmacy, weight health, mental health) to outcomes and stakes that matter to employers (lower trend, happier employees, reduced friction) and members (simple, affordable, empowered care).
Shifted messaging away from “what we do” toward “why it matters” and “what changes” for the customer.
Enabled consistent go‑to‑market storytelling
Provided narrative guidance and language that can be implemented across marketing, sales enablement, and customer experience touchpoints so prospects experience one coherent story.
Equipped Revive’s team to use story as a growth lever—turning your “revolution” message into an asset that attracts best‑fit customers and accelerates buying decisions
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The completion of the Storykernal and the delivery of a phase one training at a national meeting with market facing employees. Both outputs were above expectations and valuable to our organization.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Professional and efficient. I enjoyed working with them. Clear understanding of our business needs and did the hard work to generate a great output.
What was your primary form of communication with Woden?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
How quick they learn is impressive. Often times it takes months for a consultant to get up to speed on the details and then synthesize and drive to the output. We put Woden on a tight schedule, and they never pushed back or fell behind. This is unique having worked with hundreds of consultants over the years it is refreshing to know Woden can keep up with a fast-paced environment.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Woden could have done differently?
It's early in our journey but at this point, I have little critisim.
