The team provided end-to-end assistance with forming a U.S. LLC, including preparation and submission of all required documents, guidance on entity structure, and explanation of U.S. legal and tax basics relevant to non-U.S. residents.

In addition, they consulted me on Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) obligations, helping me understand reporting requirements, risks, and compliance responsibilities related to owning a U.S. company from abroad.

The team also supported the process of opening a U.S. business bank account, including guidance on documentation, compliance checks, and communication with financial institutions.
