Brand Positioning + Site Architecture This phase is designed to support the first two project outcomes: repositioning Glimpse from a battery solution to a technology-first platform, and defining user journeys for a much wider audience. Through a series of focused workshops, we'll translate the customer knowledge your team already owns into messaging that works across 20 industries. Rather than broad brand exploration, this work centers on practical decisions: how Glimpse should be described, how the technology is framed, and how hardware engineers from any industry move through the site. Deliverables Up to 3 collaborative strategy workshops, co-led with your team, who own the customer expertise Brand manual document ("Your brand in words") Content planning guide User journey map (outlining how engineers across industries enter, navigate, and convert) Proposed website sitemap and information architecture (technology first, use cases second) Two rounds of structured revisions for internal confidence prior to design and development. Creative Direction + Graphics This phase establishes Glimpse's visual identity for the web. We'll provide creative direction options and define how industrial CT scanning is visually communicated in a way that feels sophisticated and trustworthy. The emphasis here is on practical application: creating a web-first visual system that levels the playing field with well-funded competitors, while making your scan imagery the most memorable asset on the site. Deliverables Discovery, research and competitive analysis, including a peek at Lumafield and adjacent players 2 visual identity workshops to explore style options 2 creative direction options (homepage plus UI kit; choose one or combine) Refinement of existing brand elements including color usage, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for the web Visual development to support technology-first storytelling across the site Special graphical attention to your scan footage and inside-the-object imagery Design System in Figma - documented for internal team scalability so the visual system can extend into future pages, content, or other marketing design Branded Charts and Graphs - Up to 10 Branded Graphics -

Wizardly led a full brand and website refresh for Pathfinder, including a new logo, updated copy, and a complete redesign of trustpathfinder.com. Beyond the site, they built out a design system we now use across every client-facing asset: business development decks, content facilitation slides, workshop handouts, and a full library of custom icons and assets. The goal was consistency at scale, so our team could produce polished, on-brand materials quickly without needing a designer for every deck.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We regularly get compliments from clients and prospects on the quality of our branding and deliverables. The design system Wizardly built is strong and intuitive enough that anyone on our team can use it, which means we execute faster because we are never bottlenecked waiting on design. What used to require a designer for every deck or handout, we now produce in-house, on brand, and on our own timeline.

Wizardly overcommunicates in the best way. They were usually the ones chasing us for feedback, not the other way around, which made the whole process seamless. We worked together through a shared Slack channel and stayed in constant contact. They also handled last minute timeline constraints without missing a beat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stands out most is Meg and Josh themselves. They are not only experienced in their craft, they are genuinely good people who understand what it takes to build a business and meet you where you are. Their creativity and innovation are refreshing, especially now, when so much design and content feels AI generated and generic. They are fun to work with, and you learn something new with every project. You can tell they love what they do and are great at it, and they have built an equally strong team around them that they clearly take care of.

We get compliments constantly on our branding and materials, and the design system they built is strong enough that anyone on our team can use it well. What used to require hiring a designer for every deck or handout, we now produce in house, on brand, and on our own schedule.  We now move faster on every client facing asset because the design system just works. Meg and Josh are talented, genuinely good people, and they built an environment where we can raise anything directly with them. It is a rare kind of partnership.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Meg and Josh have created an environment where we feel comfortable raising anything directly with them, so issues get addressed in real time rather than piling up. That kind of open partnership is rare, and it's a big part of why the work has been consistently strong.
