The project manager that we were assigned provided us frequent updates. We connected over meeting once per month and used emails for all other communication. We received warnings if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

Everything can always be done faster but we were very satisfied with their work. In the end, quality is more important than speed.

If they could bridge the gap between digital marketing and IT support, we’d find that beneficial. Programming skills strengthen some of the Google systems, so we'd have found it helpful if SEM Wizard had more expertise in that area.

They set up Ad campaigns to help us boost sales and increase overall awareness! After a lot of research, they also presented us with a social media strategy and Newsletter campaign. It is evident that there was a lot of research done and their plan was solid.

Sales started to increase every month, we were also able to provide our customers with a better user experience on our website and increase brand awareness. Same goes for our Social Media and Newsletter performance, we were able to expand our email list and increase both open rate and sales.

The team was extremely helpful and professional. We connected over biweekly meetings and used Trello for all other communication. We also appreciated that apart from letting us know about what actions were being taken, they also made clear why they were being taken and exactly what we can expect as a result of these actions.

We were very impressed by how they increased our own knowledge and helped us get more organized and focus internally regarding our goals. Wizard Digital Marketing Agency delivers on their promises and made clear what can and cannot be achieved based on our budget from the start. They don’t promise results unless they’re 100% sure they can deliver them and in our case they exceeded them. We highly recommend them

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wizard Digital Marketing Agency could have done differently?

There is nothing evident on our part, we were very impressed with their work. I guess there is always room for improvement though.
