I hired WiWi because I needed a new, multi-functional website that would enable me to create a new sales channel, acquire new customers and enter the retail market. A website that would make the brand more recognizable - both on the Internet and on the domestic retail market.

Several factors determined the choice of WiWi over other agencies. First, the company offered a competitive price, but it was the professional contact that convinced me to start our first talks. The website was born during talks and discussions - together with WiWi we have brainstormed more than once.

The entire process of creating the website was based on many professional and exhaustive consultations. The jointly developed ideas were collected and sent to me in the form of a summary email. In addition, the company made several adjustments initiated by WiWi. Another summary email was approved by me, after which we signed a contract for the implementation of the order, and I made the down payment.

The implementation began with a graphic design. As scheduled, and even a little earlier than scheduled, I got all the desktop views. The company made some small adjustments to the design and sent me for approval. After accepting the final graphic design of the website, the stage of all graphically unique views began, culminating in the preparation of a working test page made available to me on the test server.

I tested the site and paid the second tranche of the final payment. Then, the previously blank page was supplemented with unique content provided by the copywriter. The store has been stocked and transferred to the target server. As the website owner, I got all access to the admin panel, etc.

Looking from my side, the new site is easy to manage and aesthetically made. Thus, it has a positive effect on the perception of the brand by customers. Since there is also an online store within the site, we as a retail company have gained a new sales channel, which has contributed to the overall increase in sales of our products. In turn, activities around online marketing (SEO and SEM) resulted in a gradual increase in search engine traffic to the store.

The agency received guidelines, including a list of subpages that need to be on the site, color guidelines, and general expectations about the site's appearance. At the beginning, a graphic design of a few selected key subpages was presented, on the basis of which the graphic designer started working on other subpages. In the meantime, the agency received content for each subpage and guidelines for functionality. After receiving a few tips and accurate comments from the agency, we resigned from some solutions, while others were improved. Then the website was coded. For telling the truth, we focused our attention on functions rather than looks but besides fulfilling our expectancies we got a little more - beautiful and modern style which suits our regular and new customers. They communicated well through social media and telephone conversations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're talking about all this IT stuff like they were talking about their pocket content and I found some of these information hard to assimilate but they managed to introduce it to me in other, easier ways, so I could understand everything clearly. Nowadays, it's hard to find someone who deals with business relations in old fashion way (in a good sense).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some provisions in the contract that I found uncomfortable and WiWi said that they never change them which was very odd because they wouldn't even let to negotiations - they were very strict about this and I found it a little bit inconsistent with business behaviour/conventions. Still, other factors showed me that there is nothing to be afraid of, I signed the contract and there were no legal issues.

We started to cooperate with WiWi because we needed website that would make our new company more recognizable and which would allow us to reach mobile devices users.

WiWi offer was very good financially and they provided us with lots and lots of ideas. They didn't agree to all my concepts just to finalize the agreement as fast as possible.

The whole process of detailing was little bit exhaustive but I know that thanks to that we avoided many hypothetical problems. Additionally, their portfolio included few websites from the same category as ours.

We established a cooperation with WiWi Interactive Agency to refresh our branding by building a new website for our company and gain a new marketing medium, which is Google.

How did you select WiWi and what were the deciding factors?

We had several serious talks with similar agencies in our region but WiWi was indisputably best of all of them. Their willing to cut costs was a little bit strange taking into consideration nowadays business etiquette but after few conversations it occurred to me that they are just being truthful and willing to help you, not only gain another customer. I bet this made their portfolio so huge.

Before we signed the contract, we had several meetings and phone calls - from the beginning the plan was to hire someone from region. One thing we had to deliver was logo but WiWi managed to refresh the old one and we liked the first logo design the most which was truly odd because we almost never are so consentaneous about such kind of projects.

After we told WiWi that new logo suits us, few working days have passed and we were presented with a graphic project of our new website in Adobe XD. The agency lived up to our amendments and some of them weren't even included in the contract.

Then they started their magic by making our website interactive and showed it to us to state our corrections which we had none. Payment was divided in two: 50:50. First half just after we signed the contract, and second before we were about to transfer our web page to target domain - fullbax.pl.

We truly never thought to measure profits from the new website but our callers and business partners noticed it and we were given only complements regarding the site.

I saw other reviews on clutch.co and not only here. They are all right: truthfullness, professionalism, family-like atmosphere and that kind of ease in navigating troughout the internet related topics.
