What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Wise Vision did a great job. The CEO of our company was really happy with their work and the ideas they implemented. Our website and app have great functionality, and the site doesn’t freeze or crash. We’ve also received positive feedback from clients who are happy with the website. 

How did Wise Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a really nice job with project management. They worked fast and were very active on calls. We communicated through Google Meet and Zoom, and they always responded immediately. Whenever we gave an idea, they supported us and always did their best. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how enthusiastic the Wise Vision team was. They were very fast and excited about ideas, and they always tried to make everything better. We had certain plans for how things would work, and they consistently implemented new ideas to improve our platform. Overall, their enthusiasm distinguished them from other providers — they were great helpers.

We were also very happy with the developers from Wise Vision that worked with us, who were truly great. From the human communication side, it’s rare to meet people as nice and friendly as the Wise Vision team. They were always trying to help and support us as much as possible, and they were very thoughtful and understanding. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn’t change anything about them; I was happy to work with such kind people. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be scared to work with them, even if they’re an offshore company. Initially, we were nervous to start working with them, but we had great results. My advice is to trust Wise Vision and their process — everything they did for our website was positive.

We needed someone to redevelop and redesign our e-commerce site to allow delivery orders.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After a few days of speaking to Wise Vision about my issue, we decided to create a platform with an admin panel to add or change menu items on the website. Their designer helped me create a design in Figma and proposed different solutions and new techniques.

Consequently, I told them I wanted to see the process of each sprint; the first sprint was the creation of the landing page for our customers. The second sprint was creating a database with all our orders and products. They quickly finished the first step because they have a good frontend developer. After this, it was a little more time to create a database with all of our products because they were only on a paper menu — it was a long and challenging process.

At that time, we started to create a new menu for delivery, and it was a crucial and complex part of the whole project. After this, Wise Vision's team quickly finished the UI part and continued to the next step, connecting the backend to the orders that included the backend part, which was connected to the orders and had Google Maps assistance for deliveries.

In addition to that, they created an admin panel for me where I can edit and add dishes to the menu. They also made an area where I can add credits from our pizza orders; if you buy two pizzas, you can get a pizza free, for instance. Their team has also delivered Telegram boards that send messages to all restaurant managers when customers create orders.

Currently, they continue to help update the menu and solve any potential problems with our government telling us to stop the deliveries and close our restaurant.

We've been working with a designer, a backend developer, a website specialist, one person who worked on the admin panel, and a dev-ops agent. They also provided a sales specialist that helped me to make statistics.

We had a couple of calls where I described what I want to see in the new software and then they offered me a discovery phase. It took three weeks and by the end of it I received clickable prototypes, design of the interface and the complete list of features and timeline and budget for our project. After that it took almost a year to develop the system. They started with the frontend for which they used Angular. Database was developed with MongoDB and NodeJS and Express.js used for backend. First four months were spent on creating basic functionality of the platform and then they added other features while our employees started testing CRM in use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can say that the average level of client satisfaction increased by 21%, judging from clients ratings. We are going through an increase of clients (by approximately 10%) but it’s hard to say if it’s going to be a constant result, or just a temporary occurrence. Also, if you count the not-quite-measurable outcomes, my employees become far less stressed and they admitted to having more free time, exactly what I wanted from this software.

They’re easygoing and actually ready to adapt to what you need of them. Their project manager was a very level-headed guy with a good deal of knowledge in IT and a true talent to reign his employees in. They stuck to the timeline we agreed on at the start of the project. Also, they easily agreed to communication in Zoom though it wasn’t among their first choices.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They know their job and they do it well. The final results delivered by Wise Vision were worth every euro we spent on that software. Everything works quickly and efficiently - two really important things we were looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wise Vision could have done differently?

I find the whole discovery phase a little vexing though I understood the importance of it when I saw the results. I wish they explained it better though. Also, though we weren’t exactly pressed for time, it would’ve been great if it didn’t take so long.

We wanted to create a shopping app for our customers, both for iOs and Android. Our main objective was launching a working app with a payment system, search filters and some additional functionality. We wanted it to be fast-working and take up as little memory of the device as possible, and of course security was essential too.

They were creating the app from scratch, so first it was design, with the emphasis on user experience and responsiveness on different devices. Then WiseVision team developed the functionality of the app, including a couple of options for logination, a cart, advanced filters. They connected it to the payment system, our database and storage management system. Also, with their help we introduced the order progress tracker to our app and our main platform.

90% of our clients are satisfied with the mobile app.

They have great communication skills and the most convenient for us was their agreement to adjust to our working hours. We used Teams for bi-weekly meetings with the manager on our side and Slack to address any urgent issues in-between. The team also used time trackers for transparency of reporting of working hours. Everything was finished on time and they helped us launch the apps on respective app stores.

They had ideas. Like, the team wasn’t just “you tell us what to do and we do it”, they had suggestions to help us make our app better. And it was also impressive how well they could work under pressure. Despite the blackouts and air raids, they didn't miss even one day of our deadlines.

The work was done perfectly well. Perhaps a client referral program is something they should think about.
