Ten thousand users' course progression & completion data migrated successfully on a tight timeline, with no user reports of any issues.

WisdmLabs was very excellent to work with. They were responsive, supportive, and accommodating in all interactions, including emails, virtual meetings, and the BaseCamp platform. They provided detailed explanations of their process and actively explored solutions with us that would fit within our privacy requirements and other organizational needs. There was a specific issue within our organization that had a negative impact on the project.

However, WisdmLabs acted with a high level of professionalism throughout and went above and beyond to ensure the project would still be completed in a timely manner, despite the frustrating nature of the issue. They were understanding and helpful when we struggled with some of the tasks needed of us. 

Following the project completion, WisdmLab staff were attentive to checking in and ensuring everything worked well. They even supported with some troubleshooting issues unrelated to their work. In short, WisdmLabs exceeded expectations. I highly recommend working with WisdmLabs. Working with WisdmLabs was an absolute pleasure and a key part of our overall project success.

We needed to migrate members from an outdated system into a new website using WooCommerce Subscriptions and Memberships.

WooCommerce Support recommended WisdmLabs to us – and we’re very happy they did because they’ve been brilliant and we couldn’t have done it without them!

WisdmLabs worked with us to plan the project and all required steps. We then tested everything thoroughly in a staging environment before the final deployment.

The client now has an up-to-date and vastly improved system for managing subscriptions, memberships and member data. This will form the necessary foundation for the future growth of the company.

Communication was excellent and the use of Basecamp project management tool made everything clear and easy.

WisdmLabs have a deep understanding of WooCommerce and Subscriptions, as well as expert skills in handling large amounts of data. Their knowledge and understanding of migration's structure, architecture, and relationship aspects were invaluable.

We were very happy with all aspects of the project.

We needed a WooCommerce set up specifically to our NGO and European-based needs.

We were recommended Wisdmlabs by our external online marketing consultant Marek Zaremba-Pike.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the scope and set out next steps, then decided on what to use and how to proceed. Once everything was ready for testing, we tested on a staged site and then deployed to the live site.

A project manager was our main contact, along with 1-2 developers.

Our accountants are happy with the invoicing system and our admin work has improved and is much easier.

They were very customer-oriented and quick solvers, super dependable, and always polite and quick to reply.

We needed to install an elearning platform on Wordpress and customize it based on our needs.

We already had the opportunity to collaborate with them for another project, and having experienced their professionalism, we did not hesitate to contact them again

The project was to be completed within a month, and the schedule was met. The technologies used were Wordpress and LearnDash. The WooCommerce plugin was also used. Customization took place through a plugin developed directly by them

We worked essentially using the basecamp.com tool proposed by them. Being in a different and distant time zone, I must say that we were able to work very well

In certain occasions, their was some delays in updates;however these where immediately corrected

Our client had a subscription website hosted on Cratejoy. They had rapidly outgrown the platform and found it restrictive. A decision was made to move over to Woocommerce Subscriptions. Wisdm Labs were brought in to do the migrate.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had used them before for a very minor plugin development.

Over 10,000 subscriptions, their payment credentials from Stripe and their details from Cratejoy were to be migrated to wocommerce to provide a seamless move.

Ashwin was the project leader, Shishir Nayak provided sales and scope, and Aman was the developer I believe.

The clients are happy with the move and find it easier to use.

We had constant communication through Basecamp. We worked on a big time difference but it was virtually un noticeable.

Nothing phases them. They are calm under pressure, always very positive and they genuinely care as much as I do about the end client.

I don't think they could have done anything differently. I think they managed expectations really well.

Rodney Webb LLC, a sales training organization exclusively for the home improvement industry. I personally handle IT, CRM, web, marketing, content creation, design and client interface.

We hired WisdmLabs to create multiple custom add-ons to packaged software applications.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected WisdmLabs due to their past experience with our core software systems.

We submit detailed project specs (again, there have been multiple), usually go through one or more rounds of review and revision leading to a project quote. After quote approval, WisdmLabs does all development on a dedicated staging environment. Coding is done exclusively in PHP. After testing on the staging server, WisdmLabs deplos the project deliverables on our live server.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Many (the WisdmLabs team is large). We've worked with more than two dozen individuals whose names I can all recall.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All work has been timely and satisfactory. In the rare case of post-deployment issues, those have been corrected swiftly.

Virtually all communication has been by Email. On a few occasions, we held Skype conferences.

The depth of their talent pool.
