I’m the co-founder and CTO of Valuator, a SaaS platform that streamlines and automates procurement processes for businesses, saving time and money while providing full control, analytics, and easy management of supplier offers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Wipher?

We hired Wipher to help us improve and expand Valuator, an existing platform. Our main goal was to add new features, improve the overall product experience, and make sure the platform could continue to grow as our needs evolved.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wipher has supported us through the full product development process, from understanding the requirements and planning the work to development, testing, and implementation. Their work has included understanding our requirements, planning new features, improving the UX, and managing both frontend and backend development. They’ve also supported testing, resolving technical issues, and deploying the completed updates.The main deliverables have been new platform features, improvements to existing functionality, and a more stable and user-friendly product. They’ve worked closely with us throughout the project and helped turn our business needs into practical technical solutions.

How did you come to work with Wipher?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the clearest signs of progress has been the reduction in bugs and errors across the platform. As the product has become more stable, we’ve also received fewer support requests from users. This has shown us that the improvements have not only been technical but also had a direct positive impact on the overall UX.Although we haven’t tracked every issue through a formal reporting system, based on our internal observations, we estimate that bugs, errors, and related support requests have decreased by approximately 25%–50%. The exact figure has varied depending on the part of the platform, but the overall improvement in stability has been clear.Moreover, we’ve received positive feedback from users after the improvements were released. Users have found the platform easier to navigate and the new interface more intuitive. This feedback, together with the reduction in support requests, has given us a clear indication that the project has improved the overall UX.

How did Wipher perform from a project management standpoint?

Wipher’s project management has been organized, reliable, and easy to follow. They’ve kept us informed about the progress, communicated clearly, and handled priorities well throughout the project. They’ve consistently delivered their work on time, which has made the entire collaboration smooth and dependable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What has impressed us most has been Wipher’s ability to understand both the technical and business side of the product. They haven’t simply completed assigned tasks; they’ve taken the time to understand what we want to achieve and suggested practical solutions when needed. Their reliability, clear communication, and attention to the UX have made them feel like a real extension of our team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing significant we would change about the way Wipher has handled the project. The collaboration has been smooth, the communication has been clear, and the work has been delivered on time. As with any ongoing product development, there’s always room to make planning and documentation even more detailed, but overall, we’ve been very satisfied with their process and results.
