This was a project to update our servers from a legacy version to a more modern and overall supported version:

Update Vsphere to Version 9
Update VMWare to Version 9

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ran in to a couople of issues during the update process, but all were overcome and we were able to update our servers from Version 7 to Version 8. We were unable to update to Version 9 simply due to our Hardware not supporting the platform.

All items were delivered on time and any issues that came up during the process were dealt with professionally, and with clear communication.

The overall quality of work provided. Each individual was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We ran into some issues that required form CLI wizardry from those that assisted, and they were able to knock it out with no issues.
