I’m the owner of The Oaks Wedding & Event Center. We create wedding ceremonies and receptions with a southern, modern-rustic charm.

We needed someone to handle everything to do with our website design and development and digital marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed an easy-to-navigate, engaging online presence that was accessible on multiple platforms and devices.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I’d worked with their CEO on other internet developments over the past five years and found him responsive and able to meet my goals.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

The website had to have a system that collected a small amount of information from customers and then produced a custom form in response. It had to do all this while still allowing for personal contact and discussion. Since this project, they’ve designed, developed, and launched all our web initiatives.

What was the team composition?

Our initial team had an engineer, a designer, a copywriter, and a graphic designer.

Their ability to successfully anticipate change and new opportunities is second to none. They’re also able to understand project necessities from my perspective. Finally, I love their focus on end-user experience.

There isn’t anything, other than to ensure there’s an understanding between all parties regarding the scope of work because it can evolve throughout development.
