The scope of work primarily involved the outsourcing of a software developer from Winalife to SlickCloud. The key deliverables included the development of a specialized application module for our client project, meeting specific technical requirements and deadlines.

The project witnessed significant success, evidenced by the successful integration of the developed module into our client’s software system, meeting all outlined technical requirements and deadlines, resulting in a seamless, functional addition to their existing product.

The overall collaboration was successful. There is no place for any improvement for me.

I’m a Customer Success Manager at RestHub. RestHub is an application that allows restaurants to manage orders from all food delivery platforms more efficiently, in one place. It also shows statistics and summaries so that clients can see where to put their focus.

For what projects/services did your company hire Winalife, and what were your goals?

We hired Winalife because we wanted to create an efficient, user-friendly web application that would help our clients solve one of their most painful problems - gathering orders from multiple food delivery platforms and handling them swiftly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Arek, RestHub`s co-founder, met Tomek, the owner of Winalife at a startup event. From the very beginning he felt that Tomek was the right person with a proper attitude. He conducted a very detailed analysis of what Arek was looking for and proposed an interesting offer for a very fair price.

RestHub’s scope included: Web development - web app in ReactJs, Nest.Js, AWS Landing page - Wordpress UX/UI Design in Figma QA and project management.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people, who were working on our project. Tomek was our point of contact and our project manager, Katarzyna - UX/UI and a graphic designer and 5 other developers such as Marcin, Dariusz, Karol, Łukasz and Wadim.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome was the Web application which resulted in over 150 paying customers from the start of the application and an MVP established in less than 9 months.

Winalife is a top-notch provider. They are using the top shelf apps to manage projects. For better communication they invited me to join their channel on Slack, which is a nice gesture. Those are small things that make a difference and I was delighted. Every month they prepared hourly reports, which increased even more their transparency and trust and how much emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I mentioned before, inviting me to their channel on Slack and also participation in Jira sprints were a nice gesture to have a real-time insight on the progress of the service. Their quality, support, experience and commitment make them stand out from other agencies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In general I was impressed with the results of their work. From now on I will not have to search for any other agency. I have no doubt that I will be cooperating with Winalife in future projects. They did a fantastic job!

Hello. The company I work for promotes bread consumption to improve health and overall well-being.

We wanted to do a full rebranding of our company, which also included creation of a website from scratch. We hired Winalife to redo the website.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with Tomasz (the founder of Winalife) long before he started his company. That’s why when we had a new project, we contacted him.

Tomasz and his team created a brand-new website on WordPress. We provided his and his team with the texts and discussed some sections, that we wanted to be on the website, the rest was his and his team’s work. Now they do some maintenance.

I believe it was Tomasz and a person who did the design.

They made all the changes very quickly and they did exactly what I had asked them to do.

I feel like I worked with my friends as they have a very nice communication style. The website was finished completely in 2,5 months.

They are punctual and their services are reasonably priced.

I wanted them to change a few things on my website and make some small changes in my application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was recommended Winalife by one of my friends. Tomek (the owner) very quickly answered my messages on Facebook. So that’s how the collaboration began.

The changes were made on the WordPress website, the changes in the app were made through Lavarel.

It was Tomek and 2 developers – one for the website and the second one for the application

They made all the changes very quickly and they did exactly what I had asked them to do

I think it was quite effective. The project itself was very short, so we just had a few meetings.

They seem to be very young, yet they are extremely professional.

No, nothing comes to my mind really.
