Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re an Omaha-based residential home design company. I’m a co-owner.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with wildfire?

We were rebranding, so we needed a new logo, a new website, and a new name.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started off with a strategy session, where they found out more about our company and who our target market is. Throughout the next month, they came up with different names, with different logos and brandings. Then, we landed on a name and they built a website on WordPress around that. They also created a video to announce our brand.

What is the team composition?

We have one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with wildfire?

We had them build the site previously under a different name and we liked it so much that we asked them to do it again.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in November 2019 and wrapped up in March 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had increased interest since our launch. They did an amazing job of invoking the sense of high-end that we really wanted. They knew what we wanted without us verbalizing it.

How did wildfire perform from a project management standpoint?

They were able to take our ideas and run with them. They were really creative and came up with ideas that we loved. Beforehand, we spent months trying to come up with a name with nothing to show for it, so It was invaluable for us to have them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We liked the strategy session at the beginning where we thought about things 5-10 years down the line, and our target market; it helped us springboard from where we are to where we want to be. They were definitely vital.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re very open feedback and even taught me how to use the backend of the website so I can add pictures myself. They’ve been very patient and I’m grateful.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s well worth every dollar. They’re such a huge part of our company.
