As noted earlier in this review, the project focused on having Whippet Creative collaborate with my company on building PodTopicsChattanooga.com from the ground up. This included developing the look and flow for the website, the functionality of the web and incorporating artwork for the website. One of the many reasons we chose Whippet Creative was that we needed a provider with expertise for building a WordPress-based CMS that could be adaptable and scalable. We envisioned the work on the project to be ongoing as we see PodTopics Chattanooga having a business life cycle that we are seeking to operate for at least the next 10 years.

The Whippet Creative Team, led by co-founder Sherry, took the time to examine precisely what we needed before developing a plan and timeline that perfectly fit our needs and budget. Whippet Creative completed what we viewed as Phase 1 of our development for PodTopicsChattanooga.com ahead of schedule and under budget. As noted in a previous response, the PodTopicsChattanooga.com website went from start-up to completion ahead of schedule and under budget. We needed a fairly quick turnaround as we had some early opportunities to market our services to clients in the Chattanooga area. Without that quick turnaround and working within a modest budget that we had established for the project, we would not have been able to effectively interact with prospective clients. Sherry and her team at Whippet Creative took the time to understand our challenges and they brought effective solutions to the table that met our needs.

The scope encompasses three core disciplines: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to increase organic visibility and website traffic, Social Media Marketing to build brand community and engagement, and Email Marketing to nurture leads and drive conversions: 

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 

Objective: 

To improve the website's ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs) for relevant keywords, thereby increasing qualified organic traffic and brand authority. 

Key Activities & Deliverables: 

SEO Audit & Competitor Analysis: A comprehensive report analyzing the current website's technical health, on-page elements, and content, alongside a review of competitor strategies.
