We receive great feedback from our clients. Our client said they were helpful, and that they exceeded expectations. Every project has genuinely benefitted our clients and brought us appreciation and business. Their animated videos are amazing, and they always present creative solutions for challenging budgets.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet before each project to exchange creative ideas. I mainly coordinate with their CEO, who always gives me updates about our projects. They're flexible, and their project management is excellent. When clients request daily changes, they always deliver. With their help, we can easily handle any overflow production work. They meet all our expectations.

Despite tight deadlines, they always follow proper communication procedures and deliver results. I'm impressed by their perseverance and dedication. Their CEO is so trustworthy that he directly coordinates with clients on our behalf.

Although they charge a premium, they always deliver high-quality work and keep client information confidential. I don’t have any specific feedback for them; our collaborations are always great.

What a Story developed 15 videos for us throughout our engagement. To start, we gave them our requirements, explained our vision, and provided their team with the script for each video. Together, we formed a detailed plan to move forward with. Their team created 12 short animated promotional videos that were 15-seconds in length each. They also produced three animated commercials between 30–45-seconds long. For each production, they handled the sound, music, graphics, and animation.

We used the project map that we created at the beginning of the project. Together, we formed a budget and timeline that everyone adhered to for each video. What a Story tracked their progress daily and kept us informed on our responsibilities.

Each video created by What a Story has benefitted our company. Because our audience is more educated about our services, our sales have increased and set us apart from our competitors. We can now effectively capture the market’s attention because of the quality work What a Story produced. Overall, their creative work always met our expectations and was delivered within our budget.

Even though there were over a dozen videos created, What a Story managed the workload efficiently. Each one took about one week to complete, and they kept me informed about their progress throughout. We coordinated with their entire team through WhatsApp, calls, and emails, and they assigned a dedicated project manager.

They had strong expertise and a great storytelling ability that was reflected in the final products. Their team was versatile, and they were able to understand my business quickly. What a Story put the client first and listened to our feedback. Their focus, efficiency, and deep skill helped them deliver high-quality work.

During post-production, they made some minor changes according to one of our investors' feedback and helped market the video.
