the scope of work included creating two or three shortlets for design for our website/landing page for our creator platform. The final deliverable was a detailed landing page with the correct flow for the creators to create our personas so that they would click the CTA buttons and register as creators for our platform.

The most important measurable outcome was the website shipped within two days. The second outcome was traffic to our landing page.

project management was very good and the deliverable was done well on time so two things stood out:
1. The onboarding call was very very clear. It made us super aware of what the phases of the project were and when things in each phase would be done by. They sent us updates whenever it was done and they were very proactive. They insisted on getting added to a Slack channel that we had and on giving us periodic updates and responding within an hour to any urgent needs that we might have had.
2. Towards the end as we got closer to delivery, they made sure they worked overnight to make sure that everything was shipped on time.

I would have preferred that the website/landing page not be built on Webflow because the maintenance cost of a website is an overhead for us. I wish that for future projects they build such projects on a standalone hosted website and not tie us to a platform like Webflow.
