While we were very pleased with the overall experience, one area for improvement would be their response time for non-urgent queries. Occasionally, it took up to 12 hours to get a reply, which could be improved, especially when things aren’t time-sensitive. However, this didn’t significantly impact the overall project, as they were quick to respond to urgent matters, and their work quality was outstanding. If they could streamline communication for non-urgent queries, it would make the entire process even more seamless.
