We started with branding to set a solid foundation before diving into the web design. The Webview team delivered multiple branding concepts, each with a unique take, and worked closely with us to refine the one that felt most aligned with Blockware. Once that was locked in, they moved into the website redesign, and I’ve got to say, the new site looks sharp. It’s clean, modern, and designed to drive conversions, which is huge for us as we scale.

In our industry, presentation and trust are everything, and I genuinely believe we now have one of the best-looking and most professional websites in the Bitcoin mining space. It gives us a competitive edge, and the feedback from both clients and partners has been nothing but positive.

Their team was always on time for calls, super organized, and had a clear agenda every time. No wasted meetings, no confusion but just straight execution.

I'm not sure if there was an area for improvement, as pretty much everything was on point with our project.

Our engagement with Webview began with a full exploration call. During this discussion, we discussed the whole scope of the project, including our objectives, expectations, and the specific access Webview would require to get started. When we first started working together, the app had a solid base and crucial functionality. However, we needed Webview to take on the hard work of moving our app from one loyalty program to another, which required meticulous handling of APIs and backend systems.

Webview's task was to smoothly connect our app's whole backend infrastructure with the new loyalty program provider. This was no easy task, considering the extensive web of data and user interactions involved. They were also charged for ensuring the app's functionality during the changeover period so that our users saw no downtime. 

One of the most notable elements that Webview successfully integrated was a sophisticated point exchange scheme. This feature allows our clients to earn reward points with each purchase and redeem them for a variety of products. Webview didn't stop there; they also developed an innovative, interactive gift card flow. 

Our new feature allows consumers to personalize gift cards by selecting from a range of styles to create something genuinely unique to present to their loved ones. This feature has been quite popular with our users, adding a fun, engaging dimension to our software.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Webview has consistently supplied work of the highest quality. Their attention to detail is genuinely outstanding, and it has contributed significantly to the project's success. During the development process, we originally overlooked a few areas, but the Webview team was fast to identify and resolve any possible difficulties before they became a problem. 

Their proactive approach saved us time while also ensuring the app's performance was optimized from the start. This level of detail was quite astounding and instilled a lot of faith in their abilities.

When it comes to project management, Webview has proven to be extremely trustworthy. They constantly delivered their work on time, which was critical considering the tight deadlines we were working under. We used Jira to manage tasks and measure progress, while communication was handled via WhatsApp, Zoom, and Slack. 

The Webview team was always responsive, meeting our demands quickly and effectively. They never skipped a beat, ensuring that every part of the project was managed with the highest expertise.

Working with Webview was particularly outstanding in terms of teamwork and collaboration. Their communication is absolutely transparent, which we appreciated greatly throughout the project. 

There were no misunderstandings or miscommunications; only direct, transparent communication that kept everyone on the same page. This level of collaboration made us feel like we were all on the same team, working towards a common objective.

At this point, we honestly don't know what Webview could have done differently. Their work has exceeded our expectations in every way. If anything, we look forward to continuing this collaboration for future projects, knowing that we are in good hands.

 I’m the founder and CEO of a video production company. In addition to video production, we also do video editing and SMM-focused videos.

 We needed help to develop a website and an MVP of a mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webview has helped us develop a custom WordPress website, and they're now building the MVP of a mobile app where people can register and get notifications about their video production work. Users can book themselves to hire us as well. There are plenty of other features that we're developing now.

Initially, we had a discovery call with Webview to discuss the technology and tools required for the project. Once we defined the budget and scope for the project, their team started working on the design. They provided us with design drafts, and we provided them with feedback. Based on that feedback, they provided us with new designs.

As mentioned, Webview is currently working on developing the MVP. As for the technology stack, they're using Figma for the designs and React.js and Node.js for the front- and backend development of the MVP app.

What is the team composition?

We work with three teammates from Webview: a project manager, a designer, and a delivery manager.

How did you come to work with Webview?

I was looking for a local agency in Poland and found them, although I'm not sure if I found them on Google or Clutch.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in March 2023, and we’re still working with them. Currently, we're working on the MVP. After that, we'll start working on the actual mobile app.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our WordPress website has been live for the past 7–8 months, and we've been getting great feedback from customers and investors. We've also seen grat results with the website. For example, we're very happy with the traffic we see on our Google Analytics.

As for the MVP, we're currently in the third or fourth development stage. Thus far, we've been really happy with the design, and the process is going on very smoothly and productively. Webview is doing everything they need to do on their end, so we're very satisfied with that project as well. Hopefully, the MVP will go live in two months.

How did Webview perform from a project management standpoint?

Webview's project management is superb. They're great at providing updates, giving feedback, and asking questions to get our feedback, too. Moreover, they deliver on time. Overall, I'm very happy with their project management. As for communication, we mainly use Google Meet. Webview is local to us, so we've also met in person. However, we mostly met in person in the beginning. Since then, we've switched to Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Webview's team has been very professional, communicative, and eager to help me with new ideas and suggestions. Overall, they work in a very professional manner to achieve our goals.

One of their strengths is their development team. I've worked with other developers in the past who are not able to create the same designs during custom development. When they deliver the website, something is missing, and it doesn't look like the design. However, it seems that Webview's designers and developers work very closely and understand and communicate well with each other. Thus, their design looks the same after the development stage.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, Webview has rescheduled meetings, which is something they can improve on. However, that issue has happened when they have multiple projects going on.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Have a project discovery phase during the early stages to discuss with Webview and understand the project, how they'll do it, and how many resources and work hours they'll need. A good thing about them is that they provide an hourly breakdown of whatever task they do, which gives the client a clear idea of how much they'll spend. Overall, just follow the process and ensure you have everything in place.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Webview provided high-quality design work and delivered exactly on time. Overall, they met our expectations and were very professional.  

How did Webview perform from a project management standpoint?

They estimated the project would take about eight weeks and had no delays. We agreed on a budget before the start of the project, and Webview met that budget. They were easy to work with, incorporated our feedback, and understood where we were coming from. 

We communicated through Skype and Slack without any issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We enjoyed working with Webview and appreciated that one of their representatives visited our office. Through this gesture, we saw how much they cared about the project. Moreover, Webview was communicative and provided suggestions. The overall experience was amazing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There wasn’t anything they needed to improve.
