WebView Digital built user-friendly and accessible platforms that met our standards on functionality and design. Our family and friends were pleased with the app's usability and sleek design. On the other hand, the website was buzzworthy and creatively done — we instantly saw our conversion rate and site traffic improve upon its soft launch. We got an average of 4–6 calls daily, which helped improve our sales.

Due to the pandemic, we weren't able to introduce the platforms to a bigger market, but we were happy with the initial feedback we got. WebView Digital successfully produced everything that we envisioned.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the major success drivers for the project was load times on the new site's pages. Their team worked to have every page load in 1–2 seconds. Additionally, whereas we previously were listed on the fifth page of Google search results for searches such as "PTE institute Melbourne," we’re now ranking in the top three results. This increased visibility has translated into high-quality leads.

The site looks good at this stage. Students don’t have any difficulties filling out forms, and our contact information is easy to find. A few teachers are saying we should add more pages, but we haven’t gotten any negative feedback.

How did WebView perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well. We had an initial call to discuss the project where I explained what I wanted and they explained how the project would go. During the main development phase, we had 20-minute calls every day. They gave us a link to a development server, and they moved the site to a live domain when it was done. We could see the progress every day and give them feedback on what we liked and didn’t like.

We asked them to make more than 200 changes to the website in one week, but they were always nice to us. I still call them when I need something. They don’t charge for small things. Moreover, they provided me with helpful monthly reports that cover what we have to do to improve our ranking. We communicated through Skype, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They fit our budget in a way their competitors didn't come close to. Other digital agencies were asking for $5,000 AUD for an informative WordPress website. In addition, their team delivered a high-ranking website, communicated well, and was always available. They'd send us a message if they couldn’t talk, and they got back to us quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they could get more designers and developers than the 10–15 employees they have now. Had I worked with a larger firm, I think my project could have been done in about 10 working days even though we asked for a lot of changes. Everything was good aside from that. I’m happy with the website and our ranking.

Work with them. In fact, I’ve already referred two people to them for web design.

If you look at the Auckland market, there are more than 6000 commercial cleaning businesses, so it was really hard for us to get clients on a daily basis. We needed someone to help us get a minimum of 10–15 calls for inquiries daily.

WebView created our WordPress website and provided us with 6–7 months of SEO optimization.

Initially, we asked them to make us a normal 5–6 page website about our services. They told us that if we wanted to market our business, we needed to have a minimum of 10–15 pages containing all our services — we agreed with their suggestion and they started designing and developing the platform.

Additionally, they gave us a bit of training on how to make changes to the WordPress site, in case we wanted to change some images, texts, or information. The project is done, but they’re still providing us with support for one year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We are happy with the quality of the final product. The way they built the website was according to what we visualized and what we told them — they worked through our requirements and did whatever we asked them. They had ideas and suggested many things, but we had a clear vision. Their SEO services were quite good. Website visitors have increased within three months. In the past, we usually got around 6–7 calls a week, but now we’re getting 5–7 calls so it’s good. 

How did WebView perform from a project management standpoint?

They asked us for small things like content, text, font, image, button placements, and contact information placement through email. They also provided us with wireframes and demonstrations for the website.

They also said it would take 25 days to build a website, but they only did it in 20 days, which was quite good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What’s impressive about them was their pricing. Working with WebView was a really good decision because nowadays, other companies ask for a 50% deposit without a guarantee of what the website is going to look like — so there are many doubts. WebView didn’t ask us for an advanced payment or deposit. After we sent them the requirements, they sent us an invoice with the exact amount of how much the project was going to cost.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The first time we contacted them was through email, and they only responded to us after 48 hours. I thought I was going to get a response after 24 hours or the same day, but they could’ve been busy that time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice to anyone who’s looking to work with them is to write them an email with whatever requirements you have, and they will definitely get back to you with their ideas. They are really good people who can create really good work for anyone looking for a website or e-commerce website. WebView has really good knowledge when it comes to SEO, web design and development, and marketing.
