Upon finalizing the wireframes, the team moved to designing and developing our sports betting website application integrating third-party APIs while also incorporating all the latest technologies to ensure a great user experience for the visitors. Our website also includes features like online betting, team selection, cash wallet, online shopping, and a user portal.

Initially, I was assigned a project manager who was looking after everything. On the backend, there was a team of about nine developers & designers on board with us.

We’re fully dedicated to luxury fashion and plan on being the top luxury fashion brand on the market. The brand awareness feature allows customers to share their purchases on social media, in turn increasing brand awareness.

By the middle of January, we aimed to have the Shopify version of the website, and we succeeded. After the launch of our site we saw double digit increase in our conversion rate.

I appreciated how customer-focused Website Iconix was. Their team made sure we were satisfied throughout the entire process. They set expectations at the beginning and understood how we were going to work together throughout the engagement.

It’s also fantastic that their design and development teams are under one roof. Other agencies we reached out to didn’t have this, which isn’t efficient. Website Iconix owned the project from start to finish.

The website they created is ROI-centric, interactive and mobile-friendly. Just how I wanted it to be; it highlights all my products using superficial, luminous colors that add a luxurious feel. We've received nothing except positive feedback regarding the site from people who use it the most. Our website's traffic has improved as a result of its SEO program.

The decades of expertise persuaded us that we had made the right choice. I had no idea there were so many behind-the-scenes metrics, but I never had to worry about missing anything with their crew.

Team WebsiteIconix is already performing at its best. Thus, there isn't room for improvement. I looked through case studies and other recent projects of their team while working on my project. I was astounded by their work in the e-commerce industry, where they have turned conventional businesses into incredible brands.

Simon was the project manager assigned to me who completely understood my approach and ensured everything was in accordance with my vision of rating black films from a black perspective. The content of the website and the UI design are minimal yet bring the feel also the Admin Portal of the website is easy to use!

As far as I know, an entire team of more than ten people was working on my project, two of them were the project managers, and the rest were the go-to people from development and production. If we include the developers and the technical staff, there might be more than that.

Our primary goal of coming up with an idea that could make the work process of the auto rental service providers a lot easier and smoother. The Website looks aesthetically pleasing and intuitive. A highly skilled team couldn't have asked for a better result. The price was super affordable too.

I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience working with their team; we ended up doing a custom built on Laravel, which included things like loan calculators, online applications forms, blogs, call-to-action features, and a client lead form that helped us get more leads that eventually result in more converted clients.

Someone finally got in touch with me, giving me a sob story. I didn't want to hear it. My website is not complete and the communication is horrible. I requested a refund. I was told that they would not return my money. Jason admitted many times that the ball was dropped on my Website by this company. But still would not refund my money. I will also report them to BBB. I'm also going to make a video to post about this company. SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS. Report them to the BBB if they have scammed you.

The WooCommerce website was to be developed from scratch to be a full-featured website comparable to top competitors in the wall art space and be searchable by subject, style, genre, color, decor, and medium. It was to have detailed descriptions of each of these search topics.

It was to have 50,000 products with 1,200 variations per product. Each menu was to have a thumbnail. It was to have a guest artist feature to enable guest artists the ability to upload art and sell it on the site. Many other features.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Less than 5% of the website was completed in six weeks. They promised the website would be completed in four weeks. The project failed and Website Iconix won't even communicate with me now. They took my $4,065, delivered nothing, and now pretend I don't exist. They won't even respond to letter letters threatening litigation if they don't refund my money.

The project management was done by Kevin, and it was abysmal. He was never reachable by phone. He only communicated once a week and would not respond in a timely manner to emails or texts. He said the project was done when I could see from the site that it was less than 5% done. He just lied, and then went dark and the whole firm refused to communicate with me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing. I think Website Iconix is a fraudulent company. I found reviews online on Bark.com that said she lost $3,500 on a non-functional website that took a year to produce. She wanted to sue but thought that going to small claims court in TX was not worth it. I found reviews on Facebook that said that they spent over $25,000 with Iconix and got nothing in return and are now seeking litigation. 

I think the websites they claim to have created to lure me in were not created by Iconix. The awards they claim to have won on their website are fake. They did not win them. The positive reviews on Clutch.co and Bark.com were written by Website Iconix. They are fake. Website Iconix is a scam and they need to be exposed.

The only thing I can advise Website Iconix to do is to fold up shop. They are unethical and incompetent. Quite frankly, I think they should go to jail for felonies because their fraud has exceeded $10,000 in the case of the other reviewers. You can read about it on the Website Iconix Facebook page.
