The project included a comprehensive redesign and modernization of the website, with a focus on improving functionality, usability, accessibility, performance, and overall user experience. Key deliverables included: 

• Website redesign and development: Redesigned the website with an updated, modern layout and improved navigation, structure, and user experience. 
• Platform migration: Migrated the website to a new platform while ensuring content, functionality, and existing features were maintained and optimized.
• SSL/SSI certificate implementation: Applied for and implemented the required security certificates to ensure the website is secure and accessible over HTTPS.
• Google Search optimization: Configured the website for improved visibility and indexing within Google Search, including Google Search Console and related search optimization requirements.
• Responsive and adaptable design: Optimized the website for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices to provide a consistent and user-friendly experience across screen sizes.
• Three-language translation: Implemented and adapted website content into three languages, ensuring the translated content remained properly structured and functional across the site.
• Square payment integration: Integrated Square payment functionality to enable secure and convenient online payment processing.
• Video embedding: Added and embedded video content throughout the website as required, ensuring proper display and compatibility across devices.
• Content updates and editing: Added, edited, and formatted website content, images, media, and other materials to align with the redesigned site and project requirements.
• Testing and final adjustments: Reviewed the completed website, addressed layout and functionality issues, and made final edits and adjustments to ensure the key features worked as intended.

Key outcomes included: 

• Increased website traffic: The redesigned and optimized website helped increase overall visitor traffic and improve the number of users reaching the site through online search and other digital channels. 
• Improved Google search visibility: Search engine optimization and Google Search configuration improved the website’s discoverability and helped increase organic search exposure. 
• Expanded audience reach: The addition of three languages expanded the website’s accessibility to a broader, more diverse audience and increased opportunities to reach international and multilingual users. 
• Improved mobile accessibility: The responsive design allowed users to access and navigate the website more effectively across mobile phones, tablets, and desktop devices. 
• Increased website functionality: New features, including Square payment integration and embedded video content, expanded the website’s capabilities and provided visitors with additional ways to interact with the business.

The project was managed extremely well, with consistent communication and a strong commitment to keeping the work moving forward. There were weekly, and often daily, check-ins to review progress, discuss updates, address questions, and make sure the project remained aligned with our needs and expectations. The team was very fast, efficient, responsive, and creative throughout the project. They were able to quickly understand our requirements, make requested changes, and provide thoughtful solutions when adjustments or new ideas came up. Deliverables and updates were handled promptly, and they demonstrated excellent flexibility when our needs evolved during the project. Communication was clear and proactive, and they were always willing to make edits, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions. Overall, their project management was organized, responsive, and dependable. Their ability to move quickly while maintaining creativity and attention to detail contributed significantly to the successful completion of the project.

What impressed me most about the company was their adaptability, creativity, and efficiency. They were able to quickly understand our needs, adapt to changes throughout the project, and find practical solutions without slowing down the process. Their creative approach also stood out. They brought fresh ideas to the project while still taking our goals and preferences into consideration. They were not simply completing tasks—they actively looked for ways to improve the website and make it more effective and user-friendly. Most importantly, they were extremely efficient and responsive. They moved quickly on requests, communicated consistently, and were willing to make adjustments as needed. Their combination of creativity, flexibility, and speed made the entire process smooth and productive.
