WEBPRO International Inc

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Phillips Earth Works, an earthmoving and landscaping company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with WEBPRO International Inc?

We needed help with a complete new design, content creation, and photography.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WEBPRO International Inc first understood our business from the ground up and compared our middle-tier business with larger corporations. The CEO of WEBPRO International Inc then itemized everything we did and suggested we add more services. Bennie (CEO) and his team divided the ideation, content, digital assets, search marketing, secure hosting, and email services. We also had contracts that needed refinement. After filling in the gaps throughout our ecosystem and organizing our scheduling processes, we just had to wait for the traffic to build and eventually convert.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from WEBPRO International Inc.

How did you come to work with WEBPRO International Inc?

We found them through an online search, a referral, and the Clutch site. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve added more value to our company. As a result, we’ve expanded our business scope to the city and state contracts and increased our sales by over 280% year-over-year (YoY) for three years running. We’ve also seen new leads via website traffic and high conversion rates that can be measured. Moreover, WEBPRO International Inc has its own proprietary metrics that are incredibly accurate. We’ve been lied to by SEMrush for many years and had no idea. When WEBPRO International Inc compared its server log files to SEMrush’s guesswork, we grew. SEMrush was an expensive detriment. In the beginning, our marketing budget was extremely tight. It was frustrating to know we’d been flushing close to $1,600 a month on SEMrush, which provided wildly inaccurate data. WEBPRO International Inc provided a turnkey solution, including spot-on metrics.

How did WEBPRO International Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was so easy. They handhold us through the ActiveCollab platform that monitored assignments. WEBPRO International Inc never let work orders linger. Every request, modification, or addition to the website or our printed materials never exceeded the estimated time to complete. They were and still are “Johnny on the spot”! All tasks were typically satisfied the same day. Questions in emails or calls made directly were answered immediately. We were spoiled with great service, but project management was a breeze. Although we could have used it more often, the requests that came through emails or phone calls were updated by WEBPRO International Inc. Nothing slipped through the cracks. They were unbelievable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very professional and witty. They made us feel comfortable. Every request, no matter how small, was met with logical responses. This is what happens when you work with seasoned professionals. They were brilliant people!

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they were completely perfect. They had the patience most people don’t. They were positive and uplifting with every request. Their willingness to engage and treat even the most benign question with meaningful answers was impressive.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the COO of Bojangles Chicken & Biscuits, a quick service chicken and biscuits company serving over 840 stores in 20 states.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire WEBPRO International Inc to accomplish for Bojangles Chicken & Biscuits?

We hired WEBPRO International Inc for e-commerce development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WEBPRO International Inc developed an e-commerce system. The system was incredibly complex, so much so that the POS provider for Domino's Pizza said it couldn't be done. WEBPRO International Inc proved them wrong and did it in record time. They also provided the first cloud print ticketing system ahead of the quick service food industry. The scope included the entire menu with a points or rewards system suggested by WEBPRO International Inc. The twist was to have a customer make an order online, then select the desired location and time to pick it up. The e-receipt was sent to their mobile or desktop and simultaneously printed at the store location where the customer would pick up their food. WEBPRO International Inc configured every location and matched each printer (Star Micronics) HEX with a static IP address. The e-receipt was foolproof. It couldn't be forged or guessed. Their system generated a one-time-use order ID that matched the ticket on both ends.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from WEBPRO International Inc.

How did you come to work with WEBPRO International Inc?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they had good value for cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2022–February 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WEBPRO International Inc had a task management process. They prided themselves on setting realistic completion dates but always finished before the deadline. It seemed they loved beating their own clock. Moreover, the online ordering system was 100% error-free. If there was an issue, it could be traced to the employee bagging the order. The ordering process, when it hit our screen or printed ticket, was flawless. Online ordering increased by 46% six days a week except for Sundays. Indoor dining did decline. Management considered a smaller footprint to accommodate only a drive-through.Before Chick-fil-A streamlined its ordering process, Bojangles did it first, thanks to WEBPRO International Inc. They more than paid for themselves. In fact, their cost was appreciated as a worthwhile investment for the new owners at corporate.

How did WEBPRO International Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They were professional and on time. They had an easy-to-use task management system. They were responsive and eager. All tasks were not only answered but also completed the same day. Our primary forms of communication were in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The people at WEBPRO International Inc were old school. The owner was a former Microsoft engineer, and the employees were veteran critical thinkers like him. AI couldn't have imagined the techno-feats they pulled off. It was a pleasure working with them. They did something we didn't expect. They made it fun and educational. They explained the benefit, created value, and proved to be a viable asset to Bojangles and the whole food industry. Moreover, they were easy and fun to speak with. They made us feel comfortable. It was a pure pleasure to be with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they gave us the red carpet treatment. They provided options and costs and could have easily charged us more but didn't. I don't know where they got their patience from. They took our requests in stride. We colored outside the lines a few times, and they never once got upset.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don't consider them a vendor, just dependable friends who were willing to help whenever we called.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Beyond belief. The project was on cruise control. They were so helpful and generous with their time.

WEBPRO designed a custom fast-paced schedule because we were running out of time. Our business was on the brink of failure. The outline and course of action were challenging, but they adhered to the deadline and completed it 4 business days ahead of schedule. WEBPRO didn't even charge us for print materials for a tradeshow. They designed the brochure, business cards, and event flyers for distribution.

• Anything we needed, WEBPRO provided
• They were accessible via phone and email.
• We didn't wait or want for anything.

What was your primary form of communication with WEBPRO International Inc?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we experienced is beyond care and consideration.

They treated our business as if it were their own. I heard about their reputation, but didn't believe it until we signed their agreement. Everything seemed in our favor. From the service level agreement to daya to day operation. WEBPRO helped us organize our internal operations and usher in new sales. Saved our company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WEBPRO International Inc could have done differently?

As far as we're concerned. NO! Impossible. LOL.

When you exceed expectations by quadrupling sales, we would have to say no. When you honor promises, we'd have to say no. When you treat people fairly and decently, again no. WEBPRO is genuinely incomparable.

Although very business-like, their personal demeanor was down-to-earth.  They treated us like family. They really cared and took every milestone personally. Keeping your word meant so much to us. WEBPRO didn't have to show off; they were humble and attentive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WEBPRO International Inc could have done differently?

No room for improvement. In fact, we learned a few things in business and continue to do so. This review was long overdue. WEBPRO International Inc should be the model every web development company should follow.

How many teammates from WEBPRO International Inc were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

This is very important.  WEBPRO had to consolidate a lot of ideas and content. They make our value proposition crystal clear to our target audience and placed our 5 practices at the top of Google. Then, WEBPRO cleverlycreated a sense of urgency forpotential new patients to quickly make an informed decision to either pick up a phone or fill out an appointment.

Where other web design and marketing agencies fail is their lack of experience in understanding how most businesses work. In particular, medical practices.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WEBPRO demonstrated where our practice was in the search engine world and fixed that soon after the launch. WEBPRO International Inc is very procedural. I love that! Building brand recognition isn't easy in saturated medical segments. They said it would be a challenge but exceeded our expectations. Bottom line? More patients, and heavy in the black even through COVID. Thank goodness we made the right decision. We're booming! The investment was negligible compared to the ROI.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication was tight! Project management is a breeze. Everything WEBPRO placed in front of us was clear and concise. They valued our time, and did the work on time, every time.

What was your primary form of communication with WEBPRO International Inc?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I touched on this earlier. Most web design and development firms see business as a 1-dimensional object. WEBPRO looked at our 5 practices as a 3-dimensional business model. Huge difference! WEBPRO designed a relationship first. Once we knew they understood our business (which was lightning fast BTW) then, they went to work and delivered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WEBPRO International Inc could have done differently?

Only wish we found them sooner. If you have a medical practice and are considering WEBPRO and have read our evaluation, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better solution and trusted team that becomes an extension of your office.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WEBPRO provided a benchmark of where we were at the time. Our goals were lofty but WEBPRO provided a realistic forecast, the likes of which we had never seen. We entertained 11 companies who all had solid credentials but paled in comparison to WEBPRO's value proposition and maturity. We showed them who they were up against and they didn't flinch. The KPI's they presented made sense from a business perspective. They looked at us as a relationship and as a project.
The CEO was directly involved along with his staff who provided daily briefings and easy to use project management tools. They hit the ground running and nailed it. We went from 23,000 unique visitors to over 334,000 unique visitors in less than 3 months of go-live. Organic conversions were over 44% on average blowing PPC out of the water. The amount of money saved monthly was north of 320k in ad spend. Visibility is in the top 1% of Google, Bing and Yahoo.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Exceeded expectations. Project management reporting was detailed and emailed every day. Complete transparency. Response was unreal, usually, within the hour. If we needed anything, WEBPRO was there to serve. They provided a red carpet rollout from the beginning and they haven't lost their enthusiasm. They treated our business and our time with respect and cared for our company as if it were their own.

What was your primary form of communication with WEBPRO International Inc?

• In-Person Meeting
• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did what they said they were going to do before it was due. They became one with our company. Everyone hears the "pitch" , WEBPRO lives it! They don't keep banking hours and neither do we. WEBPRO International knew our aggressive timeline and delivered. They've made us money and saved us seven figures easy just within 4 months. WEBPRO redesigned, reinforced and extended our brand that delivered trust to our patrons. They placed service hooks to connect to our customers, streamlined and standardized the business process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WEBPRO International Inc could have done differently?

Important to note ... There's always room for improvement with any business however, they are as close to perfection as it gets. WEBPRO always surprised us and managed to provide real value and created something from nothing when a problem popped up. They were very conservative when it came to our company spending any money with 3rd party services. Their attitude was, "we'll just build it that way we can control it and you'll own it". said the CEO of WEBPRO. Talk about a TCO model.
