This is very important.  WEBPRO had to consolidate a lot of ideas and content. They make our value proposition crystal clear to our target audience and placed our 5 practices at the top of Google. Then, WEBPRO cleverlycreated a sense of urgency forpotential new patients to quickly make an informed decision to either pick up a phone or fill out an appointment. 

Where other web design and marketing agencies fail is their lack of experience in understanding how most businesses work. In particular, medical practices.

WEBPRO demonstrated where our practice was in the search engine world and fixed that soon after the launch. WEBPRO International Inc is very procedural. I love that! Building brand recognition isn't easy in saturated medical segments. They said it would be a challenge but exceeded our expectations. Bottom line? More patients, and heavy in the black even through COVID. Thank goodness we made the right decision. We're booming! The investment was negligible compared to the ROI.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WEBPRO International Inc developed an e-commerce system. The system was incredibly complex, so much so that the POS provider for Domino's Pizza said it couldn't be done. WEBPRO International Inc proved them wrong and did it in record time. They also provided the first cloud print ticketing system ahead of the quick service food industry. The scope included the entire menu with a points or rewards system suggested by WEBPRO International Inc. The twist was to have a customer make an order online, then select the desired location and time to pick it up. The e-receipt was sent to their mobile or desktop and simultaneously printed at the store location where the customer would pick up their food. WEBPRO International Inc configured every location and matched each printer (Star Micronics) HEX with a static IP address. The e-receipt was foolproof. It couldn't be forged or guessed. Their system generated a one-time-use order ID that matched the ticket on both ends.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WEBPRO International Inc had a task management process. They prided themselves on setting realistic completion dates but always finished before the deadline. It seemed they loved beating their own clock.Moreover, the online ordering system was 100% error-free. If there was an issue, it could be traced to the employee bagging the order. The ordering process, when it hit our screen or printed ticket, was flawless. Online ordering increased by 46% six days a week except for Sundays. Indoor dining did decline. Management considered a smaller footprint to accommodate only a drive-through.Before Chick-fil-A streamlined its ordering process, Bojangles did it first, thanks to WEBPRO International Inc. They more than paid for themselves. In fact, their cost was appreciated as a worthwhile investment for the new owners at corporate.

How did WEBPRO International Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They were professional and on time. They had an easy-to-use task management system. They were responsive and eager. All tasks were not only answered but also completed the same day. Our primary forms of communication were in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The people at WEBPRO International Inc were old school. The owner was a former Microsoft engineer, and the employees were veteran critical thinkers like him. AI couldn't have imagined the techno-feats they pulled off. It was a pleasure working with them. They did something we didn't expect. They made it fun and educational. They explained the benefit, created value, and proved to be a viable asset to Bojangles and the whole food industry. Moreover, they were easy and fun to speak with. They made us feel comfortable. It was a pure pleasure to be with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they gave us the red carpet treatment. They provided options and costs and could have easily charged us more but didn't. I don't know where they got their patience from. They took our requests in stride. We colored outside the lines a few times, and they never once got upset.

I don't consider them a vendor, just dependable friends who were willing to help whenever we called.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WEBPRO provided a benchmark of where we were at the time. Our goals were lofty but WEBPRO provided a realistic forecast, the likes of which we had never seen. We entertained 11 companies who all had solid credentials but paled in comparison to WEBPRO's value proposition and maturity. We showed them who they were up against and they didn't flinch. The KPI's they presented made sense from a business perspective. They looked at us as a relationship and as a project. 
The CEO was directly involved along with his staff who provided daily briefings and easy to use project management tools. They hit the ground running and nailed it. We went from 23,000 unique visitors to over 334,000 unique visitors in less than 3 months of go-live. Organic conversions were over 44% on average blowing PPC out of the water. The amount of money saved monthly was north of 320k in ad spend. Visibility is in the top 1% of Google, Bing and Yahoo.

Exceeded expectations. Project management reporting was detailed and emailed every day. Complete transparency. Response was unreal, usually, within the hour. Important to note ... There's always room for improvement with any business however, they are as close to perfection as it gets. WEBPRO always surprised us and managed to provide real value and created something from nothing when a problem popped up. They were very conservative when it came to our company spending any money with 3rd party services. Their attitude was, "we'll just build it that way we can control it and you'll own it". said the CEO of WEBPRO. Talk about a TCO model.
