Business Technology Goals

The goals are as follows:

Design and relaunch a relevant website that is compliant and secure for our userbase and administration. 

Develop a B2C website to reach preexisting and potential new users

Provide access to a broad information repository of historical meetings that will be maintained by KirkCo via the Internet.

Project Objectives

WEBPRO rendered consulting, design, organic marketing (SEO / SEM), analytics, support, secured hosting, ongoing analysis, development, and implementation services, attempting to meet the following objectives: 

• Create an Internet presence that will attempt to conform to current and business requirements and functionality while allowing for future enhancements where possible. 
• Design a GUI (Graphical User Interface) that facilitates current browser interaction from desktop, tablet, and smartphone devices.
• Allow for testing across all desktop platforms, current smart devices, and smartphone models. 
• Allow interactivity with queried responses from an MS-SQL database and render contact information as needed by the client.
• Create site administrator functionality that will allow the administrator of the site to update in real time.
• Provide security, PCI compliance, and data encryption as required and recommended.
• Maintenance requests are processed as quickly as possible and are scheduled the same day

WEBPRO's forecast and goal settings were realistic. If they said it, they did it. No broken promises. Although very business-like, their personal demeanor was down-to-earth.  They treated us like family. They really cared and took every milestone personally. Keeping your word meant so much to us. WEBPRO didn't have to show off; they were humble and attentive.

No room for improvement. In fact, we learned a few things in business and continue to do so. This review was long overdue. WEBPRO International Inc should be the model every web development company should follow.

This is very important.  WEBPRO had to consolidate a lot of ideas and content. They make our value proposition crystal clear to our target audience and placed our 5 practices at the top of Google. Then, WEBPRO cleverlycreated a sense of urgency forpotential new patients to quickly make an informed decision to either pick up a phone or fill out an appointment. 

Where other web design and marketing agencies fail is their lack of experience in understanding how most businesses work. In particular, medical practices.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WEBPRO demonstrated where our practice was in the search engine world and fixed that soon after the launch. WEBPRO International Inc is very procedural. I love that! Building brand recognition isn't easy in saturated medical segments. They said it would be a challenge but exceeded our expectations. Bottom line? More patients, and heavy in the black even through COVID. Thank goodness we made the right decision. We're booming! The investment was negligible compared to the ROI.

Communication was tight! Project management is a breeze. Everything WEBPRO placed in front of us was clear and concise. They valued our time, and did the work on time, every time.

I touched on this earlier. Most web design and development firms see business as a 1-dimensional object. WEBPRO looked at our 5 practices as a 3-dimensional business model. Huge difference! WEBPRO designed a relationship first. Once we knew they understood our business (which was lightning fast BTW) then, they went to work and delivered.

Only wish we found them sooner. If you have a medical practice and are considering WEBPRO and have read our evaluation, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better solution and trusted team that becomes an extension of your office.

Turnaround time and creativity were fantastic. WEBPRO marketed to and caught the eye of the people we needed. We GREW by leaps. People interacting with the form for requests and the YouTube channel WEBPRO created and maintained expanded our brand.

Although the project was straightforward, we communicated by email mostly. We used the task manager to upload shows instead of DropBox. Their staff was either a phone call or an email away. Very prompt people.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WEBPRO provided a benchmark of where we were at the time. Our goals were lofty but WEBPRO provided a realistic forecast, the likes of which we had never seen. We entertained 11 companies who all had solid credentials but paled in comparison to WEBPRO's value proposition and maturity. We showed them who they were up against and they didn't flinch. The KPI's they presented made sense from a business perspective. They looked at us as a relationship and as a project. 
The CEO was directly involved along with his staff who provided daily briefings and easy to use project management tools. They hit the ground running and nailed it. We went from 23,000 unique visitors to over 334,000 unique visitors in less than 3 months of go-live. Organic conversions were over 44% on average blowing PPC out of the water. The amount of money saved monthly was north of 320k in ad spend. Visibility is in the top 1% of Google, Bing and Yahoo.

Exceeded expectations. Project management reporting was detailed and emailed every day. Complete transparency. Response was unreal, usually, within the hour. If we needed anything, WEBPRO was there to serve. They provided a red carpet rollout from the beginning and they haven't lost their enthusiasm. They treated our business and our time with respect and cared for our company as if it were their own.

They did what they said they were going to do before it was due. They became one with our company. Everyone hears the "pitch" , WEBPRO lives it! They don't keep banking hours and neither do we. WEBPRO International knew our aggressive timeline and delivered. They've made us money and saved us seven figures easy just within 4 months. WEBPRO redesigned, reinforced and extended our brand that delivered trust to our patrons. They placed service hooks to connect to our customers, streamlined and standardized the business process.

Important to note ... There's always room for improvement with any business however, they are as close to perfection as it gets. WEBPRO always surprised us and managed to provide real value and created something from nothing when a problem popped up. They were very conservative when it came to our company spending any money with 3rd party services. Their attitude was, "we'll just build it that way we can control it and you'll own it". said the CEO of WEBPRO. Talk about a TCO model.
