I tasked Webpinn with creating a new website for me so that I can be able to have an online presence, where I can showcase my skills and expertise. To allow me to reach a greater target audience with my services.

I settled for Webpinn, after getting a referral from one of their happy clients, and this allowed me to review their portfolio further, thus helping me choose them as a good fit to contract them on my project

Our kick-off meeting was on phone, discussing goals and objectives. Then I created the content copy and gave directions for visuals. The first wireframe design was created. Then followed by the design sample. Amends were thoroughly implemented on time Final approvals and submissions were delivered.

I worked directly with one website designer. The process was seamless.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients love the design, after launching the website. There is increased traffic of about 20% and this has made me get new clients. Customers are able to fully interact with the services, and the customer journey is great!

I communicated directly with the Web developer, using Google drive and email. This allowed any amends to be updated soon on google docs and files (Brand assets) shared swiftly via email. Allowing the whole process to be seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

My professional website has the look and feels that I was going after. Being new to WordPress. The support has been outstanding, if I don't understand something or can't complete a task, the web developer is extremely responsive and guides me in the right direction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When I launched there were very minor bugs, with the evidence of 403 error on the page loading. However, this was fixed soonest.

After launching our website, we saw an increase in sales through ads. There were more clients directly going to the website to shop without messaging us which meant that it made work easier for us and the purchase process more efficient for the clients

We mostly communicated on WhatsApp. We’d communicate before moving to the next step of the project We also used Google meet especially when the website was ready to train me on how to go about it.
