I’m the CEO of a startup called Allied Technosoft. We provide IT services like mobile apps and development.

What challenge were you trying to address with Weboconnect Technologies?
We hired Weboconnect Technologies several years ago to outsource an app development project, and we’ve used them for several projects since.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The app project has taken a little over a year, but Weboconnect Technologies has built it from the ground up. Compatible with iOS and Android, the app includes a home page and we can upload educational media files to the platform.
What is the team composition?
We had one marketing professional and two developers on our team.
How did you come to work with Weboconnect Technologies?
I originally found them online but hired them because they were responsive and technically capable compared to the other teams I considered.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $20,000 in total—half of the budget was for app development, and the other half was for media development.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2014 and we continue to work on various projects together.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t launched the app yet, because we’re still working on media files, but hope to release it soon. However, we’ve received great feedback from users on Android. We continue to use their services, which is indicative of the quality they’re able to deliver.
How did Weboconnect Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management can be a challenge when working with overseas companies, but Weboconnect Technologies is responsive no matter what time of day I reach out to them. They’ve always provided great service. To communicate, we generally have phone calls and use Cisco Webex.
What did you find most impressive about them?
First, they have some great developers with extensive experience, like 15 years of experience. Second, they always deliver on time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There isn’t much they need to improve on. I just think they should keep up the hard work.

We initially hired WeboConnect to create a custom website that allow our local businesses to automate their marketing and promotions. We have continuously worked with them regarding this project and have expanded to include our mobile app.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to actualize our customers desire with an online and ultimately mobile application. We understood what our customers were requesting and worked with WeboConnect to create a dynamic and fully functional web experience.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We selected WeboConnect as a result of a three month selection process. We utilized a number of resources to make our selection. As a result, we chose them because they fully researched every aspect of the project request and worked with us to refine our goals. T
hey were always available (pre-award) to be sure we were all on the same page before the project began. Very good communications and they demonstrated their competence.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The project have varied over time, to include; multiple meetings to discuss the development plan and strategy (wireframes), designed and developed the front-end and back-end of the website, implemented our hosting and security strategy.
We agreed to the project scope and delivery schedule. We held weekly conferences where we discussed all issues and tested the deliverables for accuracy. All issues were resolved in a accurate and timely manner.
What was the team composition?
Our team is composed of 5 -12 people from time to time depending on the the delivery schedule. At all times we've had dedicated project managers for each side which allowed a free flow of discussion and ideas to most effectively deliver on our project. There are designers, developers and other specialist as needed for the duration.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
These projects have allowed us to focus on our business goals and having WeboConnect faithfully handle our technology. As a result, we've been able to significantly grow our business for several years by adding innovation, additional products, services and profit centers for our business.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We employed a project manager who was solely responsible for fully understanding our customers needs and communicating our goals with the dedicated WeboConnect project manager who would then communicate with the development and design team.
This process worked really well and the open communication helped lead to accurately and successfully completing projects.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I have found WeboConnect to be a very professional and honest about the delivery schedule, project cost, and best practices. I really like that they made themselves readily available whenever we needed them and their high development skills.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I really like them and we both appreciate our professional relationship. I would only suggest they have a few more junior staff for small test projects.
