Webmetric was responsible for the redesign of the entire online store and B2B e-commerce platform – from the analysis to the preparation of inspirational audits (benchmarking)  to the development of a new design (UX & UI) according to best practices for e-commerce design,communication, and optimization of the purchase path. The cooperation was based on regular meetings, during which specific solutions were worked out together with the Webmetric team. The result is a modern, functional version of the store, better suited to users' expectations and business goals.

We will monitor the financial results of the redesign in time. Nevertheless, after implementation of new UX ,  the custiomer journey has it's best fit, user experience is improved. E-commerce looks modern, user friendly, more intuitive, adjusted for customers's needs.

Webmetric team worked very efficiently – meetings were held regularly, and responses to our comments and needs were quick and to the point. We had constant contact and felt that the project was being carried out consistently and with commitment.

Contact with Webmetric took various forms, depending on our needs. The basis has been status meetings with Marta and FIlip, and smaller meetings with individual specialists. During them we discuss the effects of the work in progress and jointly determine further actions. 

Marta, as Interim e-Commerce Manager came into our structures and communication tools, so she worked with us on Teams. Webmetric also provided us with its project management tool, Productive, where we can see in real time the degree of task completion.

Research was carried out by Webmetric, which involved the collection of industry examples and benchmarks. After launch, we immediately received dozens of compliments on the design that Webmetric created for us, and the web solution has seamlessly allowed us to get our new clients signed up and on-boarded.

The communication was efficient and it helped us complete the task on time. We mostly used Slack and Clickup to communicate which was super easy.

You don't have to worry about the outcome. You get what you agree on and throughout the entire process you work with experienced designers who perfectly understand business requirements.

The UX service provider was selected directly by the company's management.

We were working on different projects at various stages of their development. We started with an in-depth discovery phase using UX research. Then we created and tested potential solutions, measured effectiveness with the help of web analytics and went through development iterations. At each stage, feedback from project teams, end users and feedback from the market was taken into account.

People from various departments of the company were involved in the work - from marketing, through sales and SEO departments. Our CEO also was involved at some stages of project. We often worked divided in groups in workshops dedicated to a specific project. After going through all the data, session logs and surveys, these were the factors we decided to focus on:

Mobile visits (smartphones + tablets) formed about 50% of the total traffic → We had to improve RWD on our website. Lack of proof, credibility –> we had to make some credentials, which were extremely important during the sales process.

Old style of web –> we needed better photos that people would relate to, we had to improve the design to create better first impressions Weak CTA, no benefit –> we had to create better CTA, addresses main pain-points or wants Lack of good data -> we had to create brand new dashboards for data management, we also added some new tools (like Woopra) to monitor the process.

We worked with five people across each project. The team was selected separately for each challenge, the main designer and project manager - CEO of the company remained constant.

During the cooperation, we jointly created a number of websites for various purposes and recorded an increase at the conversion rate by several percent, reaching even over 500 leads per month.
