We were looking for a company that would be able to comprehensively take care of our online store. From design to implementation.

The implementation went very smoothly and without errors. Packaging is impressive when customers learn that the graphics were created by artificial intelligence.

The communication and the whole process between the teams were seamless. We used Slack and Trello.

We’re very pleased with the deliverables from their team. Their work perfectly reflects the vision we had at the start, helping us create a user-friendly and easy to navigate website

There is nothing I can complain about if it comes up to workflow and communication process. We used Slack to communicate. They also use a tool to track progress and tasks. We worked together basing on a weekly status. We had no problems with their internal communication. It was smooth.

• Knowledge gain on our customers needs
• Asserting instructions for developers how product should have looked and worked.

We used Trello and Slack to communicate, which helped us a lot. We did also a few sprints which helped us to facilitate the project and save some time. Everything went smoothly.

Professionalism, knowledge in the subject area and ongoing contact with the person responsible for the project.

Implementation and operation of all Google analytical tools and optimization of existing solutions. First of all: Universal Analitycs, GA4 and GTM.

The optimizations and implementations carried out allow for a thorough analysis of sales in our e-commerce - analytics has entered a different, even higher level!

We implement projects on an ongoing basis. We keep in touch, communicate without any problems and react to any failures - right away! :)

I am the CEO of tamago.software, a software house operating in Poland.

To increase our conversion rate and attract new users, we required a business solution in both an app and a website areas.

How did you select this vendor?

We were already aware of existence of Webmetric. We evaluated them together with two other businesses for this job, but the Webmetric's solid approach encouraged us to work with them.

After deciding on Webmetric we began with a setup session with our product team to discuss the current state of the the app and the website in question. Webmetric took the time to thoroughly comprehend our needs. They produced iterations, incoporating our feedback and the UX research findings into the final design. We worked in a weekly sprints. Overall they designed over 85 different views.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My group worked directly with Webmetric's CEO and their UX/UI designers and UX Researcher.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customers have a simpler time accessing the information they need. They’ve refocused our UX to be more user-oriented (but they still remembered about our sales goals). We’ve gotten really positive feedback from our users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate through phone, SMS, email, Trello, and Slack. They’ve been a pleasure to work with. Their team is agile and flexible, always available to us when we need some extra call or advice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by the meetings in which we consulted the direction of the project, their broad business experience and sense of the market. They really went out of their way to make me happy as a client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As in almost every case, you would like the project to be created faster, but I know that it takes time.
