WebMax Labs LLC

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a realtor at Pino Real Estate, a real estate sales and property management company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with WebMax Labs LLC?

We needed help creating a CRM, QR codes for my sign riders, marketing materials, an AI assistant, and an AI chat message.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebMax Labs LLC manages my CRM, which holds my entire database of past and current clients. Everything is organized, up to date, and easy to find, so I can follow up at the right time, keep relationships warm long after closing, and never let a lead slip through the cracks. Having that system run smoothly has made a real difference in my repeat and referral business.WebMax Labs LLC also manages my website, and it's much more than an online business card. It's a working tool for my clients. One of the standout features is an AI assistant that lets visitors ask questions any time of day, whether it's about current market conditions, what their home might be worth, or how the buying and selling process works. Clients get helpful answers instantly, and I get more engaged, better-informed leads coming to me.One of the most helpful things WebMax Labs LLC has done recently was create a set of five custom QR codes for my business. Each one is designed for a different purpose, so I can use them across my various properties, listings, and sales campaigns. Instead of one generic code that sends everyone to the same place, buyers and sellers can scan a sign, flyer, or brochure and land right on the information that matters to them, whether that's a specific property, my website, or a way to get in touch with me.WebMax Labs LLC also prepared the files and emailed them directly to the company producing my signs and marketing materials and made sure they had everything they needed to get the job done right. That meant I didn't have to deal with file formats, sizing, or back-and-forth with the printer. I simply got finished, professional materials ready to use.

What was the team composition?

They were referred to me.

We've spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While it's still early, we've already seen meaningful progress. Clients regularly use the AI assistant on our website to ask about the market and their home's value, which brings us more informed, engaged leads. Our CRM keeps every past and current client organized, so follow-ups are more consistent and nothing falls through the cracks. The custom QR codes have made our signs and flyers more effective, giving buyers instant access to property information. Most importantly, we spend far less time on technology and much more time with clients. My client engagement has increased by at least 10%. After I started using the CRM and calling past clients, I received one new lead in the last three weeks, which is great in this market.

How did WebMax Labs LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

He handles every request quickly and always delivers on time, which makes running my business so much easier. What did you find most impressive about them?

I can't recommend WebMax Labs LLC highly enough. As a real estate professional, my business depends on staying organized, staying in touch with clients, and showing up professionally online, and WebMax Labs LLC handles all three for me. Because they take care of the technology side, I can spend my time where it counts: with my clients. They're responsive, reliable, and always looking for ways to make my business run better. Moreover, they're very creative and were able to customize the website, CRM, and QR codes to meet my specific needs and the needs of all my clients.

I'm extremely satisfied with WebMax Labs LLC and have no complaints or concerns at all. They're always a step ahead of my needs, coming up with ideas and solutions before I even realize I need them. It's been a great partnership so far.

They were very easy to get a hold of and followed through on commitments and time constraints.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebMax Labs LLC could have done differently?

I don't.  I believe what they say now. Of course we do our research on what they offer. But time and time again we would look up exactly what they were telling us. It was either going to happen or what did happen if I chose a certain way of doing things., Now I trust them completely and that has come over time. Good working relationships are hard to find, so I rcommend starting one with them.
