The scope of work focused on the development of a fully functional eCommerce website, based on a design provided by the advertising agency, diARK. The development team was responsible for translating the design into a responsive, high-performance website and ensuring all technical features were in place.

Key deliverables included:

1. Ecommerce Functionality: Implementation of a robust product catalog, including product search, filters, and a secure shopping cart. They developed a smooth, user-friendly checkout process with integration of multiple payment gateways.
2. User Account System: Creation of customer accounts where users could manage personal information, view order history, and track shipments.
3. Content Management System (CMS): Integration of a CMS that allowed us to manage product listings, inventory, promotions, and blog posts with ease.
4. Third-Party Integrations: The team connected the website with our existing inventory management system, email marketing tools, and social media platforms, ensuring seamless operations across all platforms.
5. SEO and Performance Optimization: The site was optimized for search engines with proper metadata, fast load times, and responsive performance across devices.

While the overall experience with WebManage was highly positive, one area for improvement could be providing more detailed post-launch documentation or training on using the content management system (CMS). While the system is user-friendly, having more comprehensive guides or tutorials upfront would have helped us navigate certain features more efficiently. That said, their support team was always responsive and available to assist whenever needed.
