The tasks are too many to list here but to name a few: modules and apps installation and debugging, API installation, code changes, glitches solving, layout issues, SEO improvements. Most aspects from design to coding some customs apps to SEO and performance.

As they used project managers, 3 people. But developers work behind and I do not know how many were involved.

I do not have measurable to share. But all tasks were completed most of the time successfully and in a timely manner. Didn't always happened like that either as some tasks were more challenging and took longer to solve.

Very good communication and availability from project managers. WebGarh Solutions respects timelines and has the technical skills to handle the requests.

Yes, they are not proactive. They do not make suggestions or give advice on what should be done. They are good at doing what you ask, not at suggesting what you should do.

Since many of our customers have their own stock combined with the products we supply, we needed a solution where we could split the tasks. We had a lot of ideas ourselves and tried different solutions, which all demanded some sort of manual work. This was tideous and not very efficient. At the time we started cooperation with WebGarh we had a very good idea about what to request in a new app.

We created a task on the platform Upwork to search for a freelancer. We have had a previous assignment with a freelancer which we were very unhappy with. Therefore the quote and the fact that this was a agency helped us decide.

WebGahr developed an app for Shopify which were using Laravel as UI to map categories between Shopify and WooCommerce.

I have worked primarily with one developer all the way through the process. She has been assisted by one or two other developers, but my contact remained the same.

We have saved unbelievably many hours with the app. The integration was efficient, and the developer worked day, nights and weekends to finish the integration. We have since used WebGahr to install the app on several other shops.

The communication has been flawless, easy, and very professional. We have been communicating over the platform Upwork and the build-in messenger system.

The developer has a professional yet very friendly way of handling all of our strange requests.

After a good conversation, seeing their past projects, cost estimate and a detailed analysis of the APIs needed to start the project from WebGarh we decided to move forward with them.

Thru emails we discussed our goals and objectives. We delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team developed the WordPress site with close collaboration with us.

We communicate thru Basecamp. They fit into our needs perfectly for reporting bugs and requests for new functionality. We always get quick replies from WebGarh.

Very good communication and quick replies when we add requests to Basecamp. Also for their ability for fast and qualitative deliveries. Always available to help out with different tasks.

Bugs can sometimes occur but we usually find them in the staging environment before release and get them fixed quickly.

Webgarh Solutions helped to deliver a number of custom and readily available plugins into the site to create the functionality that we required. We also used the Web design team for most sub projects to ensure that the outcomes were on-point

We have worked with a number of the staff in Webgarh Solutions including the team leader to ensure that targets were on track from both time and cost perspective. We regularly worked with 2 developers and also 2 Designers depending on the intensity of the work required.

After completing the work we saw an 180% increase in traffic and conversions. Most importantly of all the site is maintained and runs well and all apps & features perform as expected (and designed) for our specific needs.

On occasions the code has needed updating however the team works well to ensure that the site is up and operational during these times and prioritizes the work so that these taks can be completed without interruptions

Generally the project management styles is good and scheduled meetings are about getting the best results in the most efficient manner, on occasions invaluable feedback and suggestions have been provided to solve problems that we have with our website and online business flow.

Generally we receive progress reports on a daily or key tasks are completed.

Our experience is that the project manager and staff are experienced and will research any areas required to find a suitable and effective solution.

After working with another group of developers it was very refreshing to talk openly about our project and have the team at Webgarh Solutions instantly understand the concept and be able to discuss the project from a practical perspective from the first interaction.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the outcomes achieved working together with WebGarh Solutions, there are always opportunities to improve but we've found them very responsive and looking to provide good and ethical solutions at every step.

Any misunderstanding have been resolved quickly by simply discussing the issues with our project manager.
