How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We've attempted to partner with many web design companies throughout the years and overall, Webforest has been the best of all of them. Their communication is good as is the end product.

We work through a series of milestones in any given project. While we do the project management and development in-house, the Webforest team works closely with our project managers to deliver high-quality web designs for soon-to-be-built websites and/or web pages.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we work with about 5 but have a dedicated point of contact and she is absolutely amazing to work with. We also have a great relationship and work frequently with the owner of Webforest.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Webforest provides high-quality web design and creative work. They have a great response time and quick turnaround times. They have a team of very talented designers that complete projects on time and on budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between both teams is very efficient. They are very integrated into our workflow, work in our systems, and are very much an extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their creative ability and speed are characteristics to be admired.

Not at this time.

I’m the CTO of Voyey, a logistics and shipping company that does parcel delivery overseas. If someone in the US wants to buy something from France, we can get it to them in a day.

I’m responsible for delivering and building the app.

What challenge were you trying to address with Webforest Agency LLP?

We needed to build our website and web app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Webforest Agency LLP helped us build our MVP. We’re located in France, and their teams are based in India. We worked collaboratively on design and features.

The three main things we were working with them on is the duty-free model. We’re able to let clients buy goods overseas and automatically get them duty-free without taxes. We also built a parcel tracking system, and we developed a full user interface that’s responsive on laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.

The backend was built in Laravel, and the frontend was done in Angular, HTML, and CSS.

What is the team composition?

We work with six people, including a project manager, a frontend developer, two designers, and two backend developers.

How did you come to work with Webforest Agency LLP?

I believe we met on a design forum. I posted a question on the platform, and their team answered. After that, we started to work together.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Webforest Agency LLP started in November 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The success rate has been very good so far. We receive more than we expect from them, remaining satisfied. We’re a specific business, and when we launched, we went from zero to 2,000 subscribers in three months.

We have 2,000 subscribers, and effectively, we have 250 paying customers. We have received a lot of good feedback.

How did Webforest Agency LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

Our standards of project management differ. They’re doing well, but it can be better.

We used Github, Trello, Slack, and Skype for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team learns fast. If customers ask for something new, they’ll learn and deliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When it comes to project management and timeline visibility, they could improve. But, this isn’t only their fault – our way in Europe is different. We’re working on improving and adapting to each other.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Webforest Agency LLP is committed to their work. Their subcontractors are even committed to reaching the targets we have. It’s been a real pleasure to work with them.

Jignesh and Chintan are amazing operators and bring tech + creativity together bringing ideas/concepts to life. Amazing designs, quality code and even better client support. They run the trifecta that makes a great agency.

I have been working with Webforest for over 5 years through over 20+ projects ranging from small websites to huge enterprise websites - meaning I've had the opportunity to work in-depth across all departments.

They have managed our whole tech side throughout all my companies and many clients - ranging from small businesses to huge enterprises.

They used Notion, Slack, Jira, Github and communicated with me regularly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver quality work at a reasonable price. Impossible to find. Also, round the clock hours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing... Except move to Canada so I can have them right beside us.
