Few customers came through our old website. We thought that the fact is that it was developed quite a long time ago and it is outdated, so we turned to Webernetic Family for an update.

Also, the site was not aimed at selling services: even on the main page there was no listing of them.

The stages of the project included preparation, design, layout, programming, testing and filling the new site with content. After the initial meeting, we agreed on key features of the website. Webernetics provided us with a few initial design templates. After agreeing on the key design features, webernetics built us a Wordpress website.

As a result of all the work, we got a Wordpress site with an up-to-date design and animation. Now it is aimed at collecting applications, as it contains all the necessary blocks for this: reviews, descriptions of services, cases. We have more relevant traffic, lower bounce rate, better page optimisation for google ads, increased sales & cross-sales.

Predominantly communicated through email/messengers with the project manager Ksenia, who was very helpful and responsive. We communicated via email and Skype. The team met the agreed deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very agile, flexible, and quick to address our needs. We were especially pleased that the specialists made the site not only updated in design, but also well-converted - now there are noticeably more visitors who leave requests for services. 

We also noted that the Webernetic Family team is always ready to help. A few months after the release, the hosting shut down the site without first making backups. We have lost our website. The guys from Webernetic found the original version, returned it and configured its efficiency.

They can edit and upload projects, publications, all information on the site, including feedback forms and contact information.
