We were satisfied with their work. It was a nice collaboration. They delivered on all our requests and they offered their own ideas. If we didn’t like something, there weren’t any problems changing it. They are very professional.

I am the marketing director for a retail company. We are located in Vernon Hills, Illinois and we have more than 20 employees. I am responsible for the website promotion and all of the marketing activities connected with it.

Before we've started to work with Webernetic Family, we were sold our production only on big shops as Amazon and Ebay. But then, 1 year ago, we were launched our own site. It was empty. So, we would like to make a search engine optimization of our site, to fill up it and to make sales from the site - in other words, to create a new source of sales.

For that, we decided to launch SEO, gain visibility of our brand in the Internet and to increase our positions on key phrases in Google, Yahoo and Bing. We found a SEO company Webernetic by reviews.

They are helping us to raise the site's positions, they are making tags and texts, creating new pages on the site, increasing external links on our site. Now, we've seen the results and continuing cooperation.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to make a saleable site, that is a new source of sales. Our main expectations of SEO are the traffic increase on the site and the growth of the site positions in search engines on keyword phrases, that Webernetic proposed us. Also, we were minded to become a recognized brand in the popular services in USA Google My Business and Bing Places.

How did you select this vendor?

We found this company by reviews by other our client. We were agree with that advice because we have a specialist in Belarus, and Webernetic Family also have the main office in Minsk (Belarus). It's very useful because we can control the work and have a possibility to fix meetings face to face. I think it's more effective than meeting by phone or Skype, for example.

Firstly, we met and gave to them an understanding of our products, of our field of work and why it is so useful in the USA. We delivered to them TOP-500 of our most saleable items, top-priority categories and that's all. All other great work they did themselves with the help of their experience.

SEO-specialists found our main competitors, fully analized them and the market in whole, made a big structrure for our site and some thousands of keywords for website promotion.

Then, we developed together a promotion strategy for some months and now they are following it, sometimes they add some works that can help site to bring expectable positions more recently, for example, they started to get more external links, and it's really working, especially for Google.

We are communicating with a big team: a manager, a chief of the marketing departments and with a team of SEO-specialists immediately, who work with the project by hands. Sometimes we are meeting with a director of a company for some organizational or strategical negotiations.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Of course. For some head keywords our site is already in the TOP-40 of Google search results. It's a big gain considering the fact that only 2-3 months they are doing smth with the site content. Before that we hadn't any position even in TOP-200. Now, positions are growing fluently. The traffic on the site from search engines also became better: it increased in 3 times.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I'm very pleased to work with their team. They are fast in responses by phone and messengers, not only on the clock. Even at the weekends they are with us. We have only a problem from our side: we can't find responsible development team, that is very important for SEO - to make site improvements quickly. But now this question is at the stage of resolution.

I see the results, I see a big desire for the improvements, I see their professionalism. Their team is really good in search engine optimization of the sites.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Be sure, nothing is perfect! For example, when we had Christmas - we didn't work, and when they had a New Year - the reverse. As a result, we didn't do big tasks on our project and lost the whole week (and maybe, even more).

But, every side understands: that were big family holidays and every one respects each holidays. It was a resolvable problem and we decided to work more together before holidays and after.

The 34% of keyword queries are ranked in the TOP-5 now. The number of orders on the website increased by 228%. The positions for both low and high frequency queries were improved significantly during our work Webernetic Family. All the results achieved were only possible thanks to the detailed audit that team carried on the beginning of the project.

There have been no issues with deadlines during our collaboration. All reports have been sent on time, and when we've had questions, the team have responded as quickly as possible. While managing a deep SEO research of our web page, the team also fixed the technical errors that had occurred. It was hard work, but as a result we've got an optimised, modern website, fully adapted for comfortable use. The loading speed of the site has improved, and the positions of our website in the search engines have increased greatly. In the first 4 months we've already seen increase in the number of requests on the website.

Our website has risen to the top 10 for key queries. In 4 months, organic traffic increased by 35%, and the number of requests from search increased by 30%.  The number of conversions increased significantly. In addition, thanks to the development of technical characteristics, the bounce rate decreased by 18%, and the average time spent by users on the site increased by 23%, which also indicates an increase in the quality of traffic.
 Thanks to the modernisation, the number of customers coming through the site increased, as well as the visibility of our site in search engines.
