Firstly, design and development milestones will play a crucial role. The approval of wireframes for key pages by us  indicate alignment with their vision, while the number of revisions required before finalizing the interactive prototype will reflect how well the initial understanding of the our  needs was captured. In terms of website performance, key metrics like page load speed was monitored, with a target of keeping loading times under 3 seconds for all pages, ensuring a better user experience.

The functionality and efficiency of the Webflow CMS was another critical measure. The time taken to publish a new blog post using the CMS should be minimal, ideally under 10 minutes, reflecting effective integration and ease of use. The ability to manage various dynamic content types, such as blog categories and tags, without issues will demonstrate a robust CMS setup. Furthermore, the user experience across different devices and browsers was assessed by ensuring the website renders correctly and functions smoothly on major browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, as well as on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. This confirm that the design is responsive and compatible across platforms.
Our satisfaction is another key indicator, measured through feedback surveys conducted after key project milestones. 
Finally, post-launch metrics was tracked to evaluate the website’s performance in the real world. Content migration and testing were completed within the remaining 1-2 weeks, ensuring that the total project duration of 4-5 weeks was met.
