Webatlas Technologies Pvt Ltd has been tasked with building a multi-tenant DAM with an accompanying marketing website. The DAM includes a configurable taxonomy, metadata schema, user profiles, and permissions governance. I’ve created the design for the DAM, and Webatlas Technologies Pvt Ltd has executed the design. The team has also tested, deployed, and debugged the DAM and built the marketing website.

• Our goal was to replace an older restaurant POS with a modern system designed around our actual restaurant workflow. We needed faster order entry, configurable menu customization, reliable card processing, kitchen and receipt printing, cash-management controls, and accurate reporting. We also wanted the platform to become something that could eventually be installed and supported at other restaurants.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team has helped us build a working restaurant POS platform from the ground up. We now have functioning order entry, tables, menu customization, payments, printing, employee permissions, reporting, and several restaurant-management workflows. 
The project has also progressed from basic feature development into structured releases, production testing, and operational refinement.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication has generally been consistent, and the team is available for regular discussions, updates, and issue resolution. They have been flexible when priorities changed based on feedback from restaurant staff and real-world testing. 
One area we have worked to improve is making sprint scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria more structured before implementation. This has helped reduce confusion and made current development more organized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to work through complicated restaurant-specific requirements has been the most valuable part of the engagement. Ours is not a simple website; it includes payments, hardware, printers, cash accounting, menu logic, and workflows that must function during a busy restaurant shift.
The team has remained committed to solving these problems and adapting the product based on real operational feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webatlas Technologies Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

The main improvement would be stronger technical planning before development begins, especially when a feature affects multiple repositories or depends on Backend, frontend, hardware, and reporting changes. 
Clearer early dependency identification and more frequent small releases would make delivery faster and reduce rework. We have already started improving this together through more detailed tickets, release planning, and structured QA.
