I am the SEO expert who is leading the digital marketing team of Instasquares - a business centre which offers furnished office spaces, co-working space for start-ups, entrepreneurs, small & medium enterprises across Bangalore.

In a competitive industry like co-working spaces, breathtaking web presence is must to reach the target audience as visuals gives better idea over text content regarding the services. We have approached WebtatClick to get the incredible web design for our business services.

What were your goals for this engagement?

* The main objective is to get the interactive web design for our co-working space service for the wide spread web presence through which we can reach more target audience *Google friendly content to rank best in the search results. *Revenue generation which is must for the successful business.

How did you select this vendor?

One of my known person has referred him upon learning that I am looking for web design services. In the first meeting itself I came to conclusion that he is the right one who will give me the interactive, creative web design that not meets our company business objective but also satisfies the user experience.

At the moment the web developer cum founder of WebatClick met, as a marketing lead I have explained the marketing as well as business perspective behind going with the web presence. The element that impressed me a lot is his listening skills. For any business, understanding the customer business objective & requirements is crucial to deliver the solution that will erase the issue from the roots. Once after I have described the things, he started analysing the requirements there itself by posing questions related to the requirements, industry to understand the depth of the requisites. The way he has cross questioned me I understood the depth of the technical, domain, industry knowledge he has then I have decided that he is the correct choice for my web design requirement.

We have not worked on commission basis. After the discussion gets over, he has shared the quotation based on the amount of work to be done from his side including providing google friendly content, image, logo placement, information architecture, website layout

As I informed in the above section, we have directly worked with the founder of WebatClick who has taken a lead through out the project by passing the instructions step by step to deliver the project on time with out any delay

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The designer has really delivered the good work at the impressive budget. I could not say that the pricing is very low as we knew that quality of work comes with good pricing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The support we acquired through out the project is appreciable. From the staring to finish, we have discussed the requirements step by step by adding the additional inputs from the design team in each phase for the better results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The support they are offering that we require while doing the marketing is pretty good, even after the finish of the project along with the quality of work. Their valuable inputs have led to impressive results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Obviously a little would be there but those are negligible.
