I'm a co-owner of the startup Decloths. We are creating a service of custom-made clothes configurable on the web app by the client.

Our goal was to create an MVP for our startup. We had a low cash limit but wanted to archive good looking web app because in our industry (fashion) that's crucial to pleasing potential users.

I found WebWolf as very communicative and fast reacting to our request for quotation. At the first meeting, they immediately started to give us potential solutions for our needs. This was the main reason why we chose this vendor.

We decided to use WordPress technology with custom-coded plugins. The design was prepared by our side, WebWolf was a great collaborator and their developers were very responsive.

We have created a fully working MVP very close to our designs.

WebWolf uses Slack to direct communication with the client. Every client has his own channel where we could communicate with every person involved in the project. They also use Jira where we could see the development process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They prepared quite complicated functionalities with the use of WordPress plugins and custom code on a low budget. They had great ideas about the proper use of technology to ensure the project's success. If we had a higher budget I only wonder what we could archive with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After deployment, there were some minor bugs, but they fixed them very fast.

Our webside was designed 5 years ago. In our project we have a challenge to change some old features and work on improval our webside. Webwolf helped us with creating new landing pages and new sections on our webside. They also worked on ux issues.

We had a list of things that we want to improve on our webside. I also asked agency to give us some advices how to improve the ux quality. We created a list of issues- to do list. Their work was based on WordPress.

A project manager who helped us with work organization. There were also one develeoper and graphic designer. I also had a great contact with Webwolf owner.

After launching changes on our webside we saw about 30% increase in traffic.

The communication level was very high. We used Slack so we can talk about our project every day. When there was an urgent issue with our webside I could always get a help from Webwolf team.

I had great contact and get so much professional advice from Web Wolf. Before cooperation with Webwolf I worked with another it agencies but it was very dificult to contact with them so that issue was very important for me.

I don't have any examples of issues that can be improved.

The first project was not as easy as we thought it’d be - but thanks to this experience, we’ve learned to take it slow and think over the process. Once we created a workflow that worked for both parties, the rest was a bliss.

No matter the project and the industry we’ve worked on, Web Wolf was always eager to collaborate. They never fell into a rut, offering the same solutions over and over again. Instead, they’ve brought fresh ideas to the table every time.

Like we said earlier, the first project was confusing and we didn’t know where we’re headed. Luckily, we’ve sorted that out quickly, but I’d remember to do it firsthand the next time.

The scope of work included building an e-commerce platform consisting of a main page with product and brand introduction, a product page, and the purchase and payment platform.

As for the project steps, after we chose the right template, the Web Wolf team adjusted it according to our brand guidelines book. The following steps included adding more information about the product and the purchase process, both text and graphics.

We were constantly in touch through emails and Slack, moreover, we also had weekly update meetings. In addition, Web Wolf gave us access to their project management platform. Thanks to all those management and communication solutions, we were able to timely solve all the problems and answer all the questions, and finish the project on time.

As described earlier - we used Slack for communication and a platform for project management. In spite of the 6h time difference between myself and Web Wolf, we had no communication issues whatsoever. We were working on a tight schedule, but the team managed to finish everything, much more than they were originally asked to, on time.

Management, communication, professionalism. Their creativity is one of their unique features!

I needed a tool that’d allow me to edit the pricing and services while my business grew.

During our partnership, Web Wolf has helped me work on advertising banners, posters and business cards. They’ve designed and developed a website, but didn’t stop there - instead, they’re continuously iterating the product by running A/B tests, tracking statistics and traffic data, and analyzing the user experience. They’re also responsible for my company’s Google profile.

Ever since partnering up with Web Wolf, my salon’s calendar is full of appointments. Thanks to a significant boost in sales, I’m now able to extend my team and offer even more services to my clients. Since we’ve put the pricelist on the website, I experience fewer calls from potential clients looking for information on my prices.
