We have been working with Web SEM since 2019. Initially they were involved in a consulting capacity on SEO services, but it wasn’t long before they played a prominent role in almost every aspect of our online business - from web design and hosting to SEO and a variety of digital and other online marketing initiatives. Their real-time and sophisticated reporting tools also enable their clients to tract and monitor key performance areas on an ongoing basis.

We have worked with many SEO and digital marketing agencies over the years, but Web SEM’s services, their partnership to our business, their technical expertise, they way in which they manage complex situations, their attention to detail and their 24/7 commitment know no equivalent.

All their staff, from CEO to FD level and in particular our dedicated Website Development Manager, SEO Account Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, are always available to assist - not only with standard / agreed upon deliverables, but also with any ad-hoc request - no matter how big or small. Our goal was a great looking ecommerce website, and to grow online sales.

A series of meetings lead to Web SEO presenting us with a strategy to optimize our SEO before embarking on a program to redevelop our website to improve the look and feel. We meet with the Web SEO team frequently to fix problems, tweak the site and discuss our online marketing strategy.

The team consists of someone dedicated to marketing efforts, along with someone who focuses on technical issues.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Google rankings have improved significantly. Since the website was redeveloped, sales have increased.

Web SEO are very responsive and proactive, a pleasure to deal with.

Web SEO has never been hard-sell, and has never tried to tie us into a contract. They were happy to pause their service when we needed to.
