What were your goals for this project?

The end-goal was to re-structure our customer’s sales funnel for SEO purposes, then start create Google and Youtube ads, which by the end of 2021 would increase total sales by 25% and secure high ranking on search engines.

The first step was for web-net to review our customer’s sales funnel and how our existing channels work. After the review, the first step was to re-structure our sales pages and improve our SEO overall, through copywriting suggestions and back-end work on our website. For the advertising part on google and YouTube, the steps were to navigate our market through keyword research and competition analysis, form the various customer personas and finally create different marketing angles, relevant to each of those personas. Finally, we’ve started with keyword and search campaigns on Google and YouTube ads. We’ve set as most important key metrics the CPC (Cost per click) and CPA (Cost per acquisition)

Since we’ve started working with Web-net, our Google & YouTube ads bringing 20% of total sales and our brand is ranking at the top 3 results in Google on our country for the relevant keywords.

We aranged a metting to Web-net office to discuss about needs of page and of course my personals preferences and needs..We made plan of changes, they listened to me and they also suggested me things that was impossible know them by my self. After some meetings we managed to setup a brand new webiste with really good design, they made all changes i asked em and they set up payments, emails , generally changes in whole website.

The project was delivered as promised and we are all very happy to move on to our collaboration.

Communicating with Web-Net is really easy. They are available 24/7 and they always answer immediately.

They have lot of experience building e-commerce websites and they had impressive reviews and numbers..Less but not least, they gave me attention and listened to my wants to get the job done.

Not really, because after something get done, they ask me if im satisfied with it, if not, they change it, if yes, we keep it as is it..I dont have any problem so far.

I’m the owner of a publishing house called Kazantzakis Publications based in Athens, Greece. I’m the adopted granddaughter of Nikos Kazantzakis, a national novelist of our country, and I inherited this family business from my parents. We’re a small company, but we’re rather big in terms of how we present our work to the Ministry of Culture.

We have a very big readership in Greece and Nikos’ works are of national importance.

We needed someone to help increase our sales and establish ourselves as an influential force through social media platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web-Net provides us with their extensive social media marketing services. They create content for us from information that we provide that’s relevant to our industry, such as quotes from authors and book excerpts. They then align the content with the current trends, points of interest, national days, or just pertinent news.

Through the content they create, they gauge and identify the public’s reaction, who so far, have been onboard every single time. We also provide the team with photographic material from our archive to go along with the content they curate on our social media platforms.

In addition, they advise us on which titles to run a promotion with. For example, Greek Easter is approaching, which means we have to choose from the 46 titles from the same author to put on display, promote on social media, and what quotes to engage users with.

Right now, we’re planning on redesigning our website for business transformation, so that it can be more user-friendly and people can use our e-shop more frequently. Our problem right now is people can’t buy books online and the promotion is really bad. We’re doing this redesign to increase our sales.

The director of our publishing house did very extensive research on the internet and invited all these companies for interviews, including Web-Net. We were very enthused with their presentation and prices, and the fact that they were so excited about working with us. The director and I made a pact to give them 15 days and see if we were happy with their work.

We ended up being impressed because our needs and queries were immediately attended to. They delivered aesthetically captivating and detail-oriented results. When we presented them with a crisis that we were going through last month, they immediately came down and dealt with the crisis really well.

We pay them €1,000 (approximately $1,100 USD) a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in March 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been working together for a month now, and we’ve seen a radical increase in our social media platforms. They also gave us advice on how to answer the phone for inquiries, how to attract more customers, which has been working out well too — and because of this, we are able to bring back the customers that we had given up in the past.

For our Facebook numbers, we gained a 781% increase in impressions and a 1,424% increase in engagements. We also had a 5% increase in page likes and garnered a lot of comments.

In the beginning, we thought it would be best to see how the partnership went before investing anything more. We were so happy with their work, that we’re now in the process of signing a contract for a year. They provide us with very good value for our money, which I know is an expression that’s used frequently, but I’m very certain in using it now.

I’m what you would call a Helicopter Mom when it comes to my business. I send the Web-Net team messages and email them for every practical issue, and they respond almost immediately to the things that I ask for. We use every available means to communicate

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide everything other companies are offering, but the only difference is, these other companies ask for exorbitant prices — which is completely out of the question for us. It’s very weird of them to ask for that kind of money, knowing that we're a small publishing house. As soon as we evaluated our situation, Web-Net adjusted their pricing for us and provided us with a 24-hour service. We can contact the Web-Net team any time we want and they always give us 100%.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m really enthusiastic, but I’m a really harsh critic when it comes to my publishing home. If there was anything wrong, I would be the first to point it out. However, I haven’t been able to pinpoint anything bad so far, and I’m 100% happy with their work.

Anyone who wants to work with Web-Net can put their entire trust in them because they deliver and make you feel like you’re the only client.

Since beginning (last two months) of our collaboration with Web-Net, we have noticed 300% increase of our visits. Also, we received most of our orders through the phone having a high operational cost, because of website design issues.

Web-Net team help us to improve our website design and structure and we receive most of our orders directly from site decreasing operational cost.

Also, we decrease 30% of abandoned carts due to every day consulting of Web-Net. We have increased our sales about 100%!

Firstly, Web-Net team with our team set sales goals and marketing stategy. We create our content-images in-house. When the content is ready, upload it to G. drive and Web-Net team gives feedback to our team, refine or modify them, if it is necessary.

At the end, Web-Net team writes copywriting on the chosen content and publish it. We often communicate for advertising expenses and sales ratio. If it is necessary, we change our marketing plan or advertising process.

They have deep knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce. They approach each task holistically, suggesting changes in our website and business operations. It help us to reach out our goals and unlock our business structure potential.

At first out website was analyzed and some interventions were made so as for it to be more user friendly. Then, hierarchically, we decided how we will rebuild the site by adding important products that can have an impact in the selling process. I can judge the work of Webnet by the promising outcomes that are getting better as time passes in regards to clients satisfaction and sales that are made daily.

We have set timelines that are specific in a monthly base and are followed. The spokesperson is communicative and easily to be found anytime we may may need something. The manager is friendly and explanatory. He also has the ability to make things simple and clear.

Havent met any of the rest of the team I have noticed that George Liontos is a person full of energy that loves his job and this has an impact in all of his works. They are a small company that gives off a feeling of a friendly and accommodating environment.

Possibly it is time for others to enter the company as managers.

In the first month, we were trying to compromise tasks and find a better collaboration system. During the first month, we were 10%–15% above our previous revenue and we are almost 50%–60% above that currently. I am actually pretty satisfied with these two months of collaboration.

Later within our collaboration Web-Net has showed that they are a miraculous one stop shop for all Social Media and Digital Brand Strategy. The owners do provide the feeling of security that a company like us need. We are a company that built its reputation via youtube and blog posting, gaining our following one subscriber at a time - literally. That means a lot of hard work in an industry (Dating Coaching) that is not really well established in our country and also delivers content that many audiences may be sensitive to.

Taking that under consideration, one can understand that every change in our online presence and brand strategy is crucial to be well planned as no mistakes are allowed. Web-net works in a simple yet organised manner that can easily match ours. We have been using several team collaboration and chat applications for real time communication within our teams and we have been gradually been able to eliminate most of back and forth hustle, as they take on our needs easily. What is really important to us is the overall close to 24/7/365 availability of the owners and the genuine interest in our work and growth.

Me, a project manager and two of my core teams (Sales and Creative) have been in close collaboration with Web net, resulting to 14 people from our side. We have been in contact with a contact person from Web Net that was delegating tasks to an internal team of unknown number.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a tremendous increase in SEO Results (almost 75% more SEO driven visitors), a good increase in youtube subscribers (almost 20% up) and of course a great contribution in sales via digital channels during the corona virus epidemic lockdown.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Web Net has been quite versatile at times but strict when it comes to core principles of collaboration and workflow, which is something to respect.

Apart from the traditional trello boards and messenger rooms, our contact person from web net is also a real communicator, eager to meet us face to face when needed but also savvy with all corporate procedures that the PMI trained Project Management of our side needs to apply.

So, after the strategy was clear and tasks were given the progress was monitored by the pm and feedback was given by me in several online or physical meetings with web net.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I cant help but notice that Web Net is actively working toward their clients' success as they would their own, making you believe that they genuinely have faith in your business and that it is their belief that by you growing they grow as well.
