The Weather is a creative collective built on independence and craft. We started in Berlin and Prague — and now work with a fully remote team spanning Munich, Vienna, Barcelona, Athens, Kyiv, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, and beyond.
We work without dogmas, pointless meetings, or bloated processes. What we do have: a lean, multidisciplinary team fluent in the business contexts of the markets we work in, a track record of 200+ delivered projects, and a no-fluff policy for getting things done.

Dominik Backhaus is a founder of The Weather, working at the intersection of design, web and digital communication. Since 2020 he has built digital experiences. He is a former Senior Art Director at Fuse GmbH in Hamburg, and studied at DFFB Berlin.
Chris LettnerFounder & CEO
Chris Lettner is a founder of The Weather. With 12+ years in website creation, he is known for pragmatic, high-impact design. In addition, he is a co-founder of Oylo (AI video transformation startup) and Plantologie (rare plants boutique shop).
Mia PavlinovićProject Manager
Mia Pavlinovic is a project manager and UX/UI designer with experience in digital project management and media production. Based in Berlin, she has been at The Weather for 3 years, ensuring web projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
