Jungle Creations is a London-based social-media first media and publishing company, producing and curating content for six lifestyle brands and consumed by an international audience. I am the Development Lead at Jungle Creations.

Jungle Creations hired Wazobia technologies to provide a resourcing solution for our web development needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Deciding factors were familiarity with different technologies and development practices, flexibility and standard of work.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Developing web applications for six brands managed by Jungle Creations. Technologies used include Laravel, WordPress, and Next.js/React. Projects have been managed with Jira.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Four developers and one project manager from Wazobia has worked with Jungle Creations

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Completion times on projects have been very good and work has been produced to an excellent standard. It has also been very easy to make contact with the development team when needed.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Slack and Jira is used to manage projects. The development team have not only been responsive to messages on Slack but also actively communicated with us directly and commented on issues in Jira which require further information.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Although they are not part of Jungle Creations they have integrated and adapted to our working patterns and practices and have become an integral part of the tech team. The standard of work has been consistently high.
