I am not very well versed in technology so I don’t know the exact technologies they have used for content generation.

We had a couple of established goals when we decided to work with Way2net. These were to improve the company’s branding, position us in the market, increase our number of followers on social media, and close more sales. We have been meeting these goals gradually.

They have been very good at handling the project. We manage it with their CEO and it has worked pretty well. We are very comfortable working with them as we are constantly aware of every advance in the process or if there is the need to redirect any of our efforts. 

They present a monthly report and are very well organized. We communicate mostly via Whatsapp, phone call, and email, and share a common storage drive.

They understand the industry, the product, and what we were looking to transmit as a company very well. Way2net has been able to translate these into our campaigns.

I honestly can’t think of anything right now.

I'm a partner at 4 Construcciones S.A. The company provides construction related services. The company has offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Sao Paulo, Brazil and Florida, USA. Our main concern was to have a company where we could get solutions to ICT related issues that could appear. While we believed that we needed to have a strong construction system to track and monitor our projects we also understood that we need to have a website ongoing without problems.

We did a resarch of three potential candidates who worked with people we know. All three were recommended. When we sat down with them, we thought that they understood what we needed so we tried them. As at today we didn't have any issues and were very responsive.

We sat down with them and discussed our goals and expectations. We might have had 3 meetings with them early at the beginning. We needed web start up and maintenance and to spend the least reasources possible form our side. However, we required quick response.

I don't know exactly what is their team composition. We have a main contact which has been the same one since day one. Whenever we need to have anything done, he directs the issue to whoever he believes is the correct resource to manage it. As long as I can remember we might have worked with 3 or 4 different persons. However, our main contact remains the same which is of huge value to us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Any issues that we had during this past 6 years were solved within a day or two. We even requested them additional consultancy beyond the agreemen and they didn't have a problem helping us. Our main success is that our goal of focusing in our main business without spending additional resources has been met so far.

Very effective! As said we have the same main contact who responds as soon as we contact him.

They have been collaborative and understanding to us on what we needed since day one

I can´t imagine one. So far we didn't have any issues. Rather an area of improvement for them I would say they could have an opportunity to enhance their services with construction realted ICT systems. Something we'd never spoken about.
