Our hotel has over more than 10 years’ experience in the industry but we had never owned a website. Most of our client were just from East Africa and few from Europe and other continent, we were in need of advertising our hotel so we hired a team of expert from Watabe Digital to provide the design and development of a website for our hotel. We were hoping of increase our traffic as well as booking within the period of three month.

We were looking for a best Developer in Tanzania, we meet with several of website developer but when we meet with Watabe Digital we had nothing to worry about because of the quality of their past projects and customer's testimonial from the hospitality industry, so we beside to hire them

After onsite meeting to discuss our goal, their provide with us several designing concept once we choose a concept their finalizing a designing and come up with photographer for taking website pictures. Watabe Digital engage us in all step and then vendor start a development work. Within a period of five 5 day our website was already developed well and we had a meeting for review and some few changes, this allow us to be a part of our project success.

In total we work with three people including project manager who was also a developer, designer and other developer.

The website is impressive with simple booking engine, presentable details, and communicative to customer. After launching a website we start receiving a booking and calls from different part of the world 3 times as it was before having it. Client love our website and now its easy for them to understand our service and quick reach us.

We had a regular call, onsite meeting and well as video conferencing with a project manager who was communicating with the rest of their team. After agreement accepting the designing their launched a project on their server so as to let us get Up-to-date of every stage their pass through, their work well with our team starting from creating a content up to submission of the project and we are still InTouch with them up to now.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They provided us with the best professional website which is easy to use and simple to update., My team had never managed a website before and after their simple training now we are able to manage everything seamless and they were always available when we need any assistance.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
When we first launch there are some minor challenge in pictures, we communicate with them and their made correction fast as soon as we let them know, their are quick, humble and professional in their area of expertise.
