We know Warlock from a coincident that they provide services and reasonable price and best customer services. After we compare their service and price with different provider we found Warlock’s price offered are the more reasonable one and transparence.

The Warlock team maintains our database, they creating, customising and maintaining and they make sure our e-commerce site functions well.

We have been working with their account manager who provide very fast response, his team with experienced Odoo platform and app developer, e-commerce stie, network specialist.

We have a completely function ERP with frontline e-commerce site in place, works seamlessly from front-end to back-end, customised features work well. We have enormous response from our customer that they love the e-commerce site.

The team is available 24/7. Once we communicate, they work and respond quickly to our requests, for all the solutions and technical aspects, even during non-working hours or during the weekend.

No. Generally speaking, just say that they fully satisfy all of our Quality control requirements. They usually run their own tests and there are usually no errors.

Warlock Technologies Pvt Ltd is extremely professional. They rely on our own tool, Odoo, to manage the projects and developments that we do with them. Normally we send a specific document for each development or project, which they analyze, hold meetings for possible doubts, they send us and we do the quality control process. We use Odoo, Github and communication tools like Skype or Ms Teams

They are an honest, experienced, efficient, effective, and cordial partner.

I am the CEO and owner of a company called EcoClean and we work in the distribution of car cleaning equipment and tools.

The challenge was to create a new customization for our ERP. Every month, we normally have about 6–10 customizations to develop for our ERP system, to keep it smooth for our daily processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They started the development from scratch and we provided them with the documentation. It took more than six months since we didn't have experience with ERP before — that's why we needed to start from zero.

We chose the Odoo ERP system, and since it's open-source, we needed many customizations to keep it based on the regulation of our company. If we talk about sales modules or purchasing modules, we have many customizations every day, week, and month, based on the team.

If we encounter a problem with the ERP system, we need to develop this process to add more clarity to our employees and users. Normally, we send them a project via a project management system shared between Warlock and our company — we then have video calls with them to describe all the customizations.

After that, we give them a period of time to provide the customizations. Normally, it'll take 2–3 days maximum, then we’ll do some testing to see if it works fine or not.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before, we never controlled the inventory in our branches around the country, but now, it's very easy for us to do our inventory every few months. They developed the inventory process to be automated and also infused a barcode system, which we didn't have before.

Apart from the inventory, we can also control the salespersons and the sales representatives we have. We have more than 20 people, that's why we need to control the process they do such as quotations, sales orders, creating invoices, and project delivery — all our processes improve after they do the customizations.

They understand all situations. If we do not like the customization, they start a video call with us to understand where the problem is and they solve it — we’ve never faced any problem for any task that we give them.

Communication is typically through Skype via chat, video, or voice. We also use Asana for project management and to handle the tasks we have.

The part they’re working on is very sensitive, since it's all our ERP system and the history of our company. It's not easy to choose a service provider for the ERP system because it’s scary to provide someone with that much information — but we trust Warlock and we’ve never had a problem in regards to that.

They could develop more skills in other areas like graphic design or social media, so that their services will be a one-stop-shop.

Found them from browsing Odoo providers. Since project timeline is so crucial, we require a results-driven partner that would suffice the expected deliverables with of course a customer-extended service.
